Free WiFi access is available. Our room was spacious and comfy. We had two drinks each included in our stay and the dinner was a big buffet. It seemed like every guest at the hotel was eating at the same time we were. We also visited the Cuyahoga Valley National Park just 30 minutes from the hotel which was a nice place to get away from the city.

We were in for our anniversary and we came back from our planned event to a bottle of wine in the room, a very nice hand written thank you card, some buckeye popcorn from the lobby and cards for breakfast the best morning. Drinks at the bar and Starbucks drinks. Rose petals were laid on the bed also. My husband and I never splurge on ourselves and this was such an incredible treat.

Parking was first couple floors of the hotel, so easy to bring our stuff in. They don’t check you in any earlier than 3 PM EXACTLY! So it does get a bit lined up there. Impressed with their complementary dinner & breakfast! Lots of breakfast options, and chicken pasta Alfredo was on the menu for dinner when we were there. Also, three drink beverage voucher per guest was a surprise. We went to a hockey game at the nationwide arena, and was only a seven minute walk - felt safe as well! The room was really nice, clean and beds were very comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Highly recommend this hotel!
