Staff is young and still learning, but very kind and helpful, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and safe. They have a 24/7 hotline for any help you might need with your travel. We booked their 1-day Ben Tre tour and had a lovely 4+ hours through the villages, visiting small scale industries and learning about the life of the people living near the river. Our guide was very knowledgeable and attentive (she also presented us with many facts about tropical plants, when she realised that we are interested in tropical flora). We used 4 types of transportation - boat, bicycle, tuk-tuk and sampan and had some tea and coconut candy in a local garden. It was a very pleasant day! We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and to chat about Vietnam and our travels. They are very hospitable and treat every guest with respect and courtesy. I warmly recommend Mango Home!
