He gives a lot of information on how to reach his place, can pick you up from the bus drop off, can suggest things to see and places to visit, can organize trips and tours around the area, can even book your bus back and bring you to it. Oh, and he actually can communicate in English, which is not so obvious in Vietnam and especially in the Mekong area. The location is really nice. Small houses are comfortable and present to stay in. And the area is super cool if you like the vicinity of nature. They offer breakfast and dinner. There's also a nice "eating" area with cold drinks. Free bicycles if you want to explore the area this way. We also need to mention that they helped us to retrieve our forgotten headphones by sending them to us by bus, completely free of charge, everything with a smile and understanding for silly, forgetful tourists.
