The hosts, Amanda and Walter, added a real personal touch to the stay and were fantastic. Excellent location - just a 5 minute walk down the hill into the centre of town and up high for the view. Room was very clean and cosy. Lovely boutique hotel feel. Highly recommend.

The 4-star, family-run Simonstown Guest House overlooks False Bay and offers scenic water views from its modern rooms. Free parking and Wi-Fi throughout the property are available. So many little extras. The view was fantastic, small fridge in the room with lounge facilities with dishware and cutlery. Very easy to bring one's own food into the guesthouse. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed to find a medical clinic and pharmacy.

The hotel is right across the beach, if you manage to deal with the cold water - some locals enjoying the beach from sunrise. The breakfast options are simple, but super super tasty and more than enough. It was a delight to meet the owners as well. Lovely people!
