The luxury feeling, the view, the staff that is bringing you wherever you need to go in the complex. The restaurant is really copious and tasteful, even for the breakfast. The room is really spacious and well equipped ! The heating blankets were a plus.

Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff is a luxury 5-star hotel located within 1 km from the Johannesburg Zoo. Featuring an expansive lush garden, the hotel offers a restaurant, fitness centre. We loved everything about this hotel. Views are just lovely, rooms are spacious and decoration is nice. Staff is exceptional and food was great. We will definitely stay here for future trips to Johannesburg.

Its a gem of a property with the hotel and restaurant interspersed with trees and dappled sunlight. Its small, so there are no long walks and the staff are fantastic. I'm a seasoned world traveler with 'Gold for life' status at two international chains. It says a lot that I'll forgo those in favor of a boutique hotel. I have, and I will in the future.
