Apart from the lack of a smile and warmth from one of the staff (we told him so) the rest of the staff were helpful and enchanting. Breakfast options were to die for! Always something to enjoy looking at the river especially the sunsets! Nice to park off road and on the premises. Lounges being leather and luxurious. TV was enormous and handy to have a personal tv in the bedroom.

It was warm, well located by the clarence river and across the road from the well known Ulmurra hotel. Living area was spacious and comfortable as was the dining area. Practically everything had been thought of in the kitchen, and food for our choice of breakfast was supplied. Eggs, cereals, milks, and more. A beautifully restored heritage building.
