We really liked the hotel! It's gorgeous with a lot of history inside! It's Located in the city center, very convenient. Clean and it has everything you need. Wifi is good. There was a free concert just outside of the hotel in the evening! It was magical. The staff is very nice!!! You can leave your bags after check out and even use wc. Totally recommend !!!

The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. It also has great views and is very clean. The locations is also perfect to get to know Cuenca and the hosts are really nice. Everything was perfect and we would stay in Rascacielos San Martín again.

This renovated 2 bedroom apartment is comfortable and the building entrance is in the pedestrian zone. Car parking in the blue zone nearby is an option for overnight stays as payment is only needed Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 14:00, 17:00 to 20:00. Saturday between 10:00 and 14:00. Is €1.60 for each 2-hour maximum duration. There was no detergent for the washing machine when we were there. Clothes hangers and pegs were provided. These quickly dried in the warm weather after hanging them on the line outside the window. A full size ironing board (not the table mounted type) was provided.

This is a very comfortable, super clean and well located apartment in the old town of Cuenca. Eva is a fantastic host and very helpful and responsive. We were 2 couples and I have to say the trundle beds in the second bedroom are probably better suited to children or young people. However this doesn't detract from the high quality of the apartment. The lift was very much appreciated by my parents and the washing machine was very helpful. The kitchen is well appointed and the centre of town is a 5-7 minute walk away. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away. I would recommend this apartment for a base to explore Cuenca.

Alberto is a very communitive host and flexible on the check out time. Everything seems to be new in the house , beddings and towels are all clean and new. It is located very close to main street but not noisy.

We had a very spacious, comfortable room (we were fortunate to be upgraded). The staff were very helpful. We ate at the restaurant for dinner (due to the location that was the easiest option), and the food was very good. It was nice to stay close to Cuenca, but away from the tight old town area.

The hotel is close to the central. There is a restaurant in the next to the hotel. You can go to the famous bridge from there easily. And the view from the balcony in my room was so amazing!! The breakfast was good😊 My favorite is the bottle of pine juice , peach juice, and scrambled eggs. There are plenty of choices in the breakfast.

The location is the best… the views were amazing. The cleanliness was great. There is a public parking super close the property (not cheap, €22 for 12 hours). The toiletries were perfect. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. I fell in live with the views from the bedroom and the living room. I could stay there for a long visit. I also were impressed with some drawings they found in the property before the restoration (and they show them with the explanation of each).

We loved being out of the hustle and bustle of Cuenca but also able to access it by walking 15-20 mins into the old town. The main floor of Paco's home, where our room was located, was nicely decorated, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Paco, as our host, was very kind, and he gave us great recommendations for where to eat in town. Breakfast was fresh, and the coffee good!

When we were too late to book one of the more historic hotels in the centre of Cuenca I reluctantly chose this one, rather concerned that it's score was much lower. So we were very pleasantly surprised.by our experience here! Spacious rooms, very clean and professional, great parking with a lift straight from underground carpark to our room on 4th floor. Good range of breakfast items including fresh fruit. We travel a lot and this hotel deserves a much higher score. We also found it very easily as we approached Cuenca.

Almost everything! Absolutely wonderful room with a sitting area, bedroom, separate bathroom and best of all the MPS t stunning view from our private balcony. It overlooked the Casas Colgadas (and we were virtually one) and the beautiful mountain side, bridge and river bed down below. It was magical. Breakfast the next morning was quite good too and again the view made it all even better! Front desk staff so friendly and helpful. Loved it and highly recommend.

We stayed in a private room at Green River hostel and couldn’t have been happier. The rooms were as good as a hotel room, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff and facilities of the hostel were one of the best we’ve stayed at on this trip. Thank you

Views! Great bathroom! Balcony terrace! I had read other reviews and knew that I had to pick up the keys at the hotel across the street. The hotel receptionist was very nice, and he even provided us with extra bread for our second day there (we had just ordered 1 breakfast beforehand). There was free parking up the hill about a 5 minute walk away. I think it's best to drive down in front of the place and drop off luggage before parking, or you can pay for parking nearer by.

The rooftop terrace is just great! The apartment is big and very luminous. There is hardly any noice, eventhough it is located in the centre of Cuenca. There are 2 bedrooms, a big bathroom and kitchen.

This is an excellent hotel and very good value for money. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and very well sound proofed. Staff were attentive and friendly and the breakfast was fabulous. A great place to stay.

The view was fabulous. The posada is very old and full of atmosphere; we loved the irregular walls and sloping floors and period features, like the quirky doors to the balcony. The room, 32, was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of chairs, tables and lamps. The shower rose and water pressure were good. There was no noise at night...no traffic. Buffet breakfast came with the fabulous view.

The apartment was fairly large, and it was well equipped. Both the double bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed were comfortable. Parking was close by. Kitchen had everything we needed. Blackout roll-shutters on the outside of the two balcony doors kept it very dark when we wanted to sleep in. Air conditioner was fairly quiet and worked well.
