We really liked the hotel! It's gorgeous with a lot of history inside! It's Located in the city center, very convenient. Clean and it has everything you need. Wifi is good. There was a free concert just outside of the hotel in the evening! It was magical. The staff is very nice!!! You can leave your bags after check out and even use wc. Totally recommend !!!

Staff were so amazing, giving us a talk about the history of buildings we passed after meeting us at the carpark to walk to us to the accommodation. The apartment itself is just so amazing, great bedrooms, large bathrooms and cooking facilities. Complimentary milk, juice and little cakes for brekkie. Such an amazing value for money accommodation we are so sad we didn't stay longer! Location 110%

This is a very comfortable, super clean and well located apartment in the old town of Cuenca. Eva is a fantastic host and very helpful and responsive. We were 2 couples and I have to say the trundle beds in the second bedroom are probably better suited to children or young people. However this doesn't detract from the high quality of the apartment. The lift was very much appreciated by my parents and the washing machine was very helpful. The kitchen is well appointed and the centre of town is a 5-7 minute walk away. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away. I would recommend this apartment for a base to explore Cuenca.
