Our stay was good till i called on Friday enquiring about booking an extra room, which they said is available and continued to book it for me but then on Saturday when we wanted an extra room was told they're fully booked. The continued to charge us for it, we refused to pay. One of the couples had to go look for a place to stay outside the lodge.

I'm so disappointed this place is listed, it should mention it's for drunkard inthe middle of taverns and pubs, Noisy guests, they're hosting bashes themselves, staff promised towels never came, we upgraded room with utensils only to find 1plate and 1 teaspoon. It's unfair the amount we paid for such, should be cheap cheap.

Welcomed us, showed us where we could park & led us to the reception. At the reception we were welcomed by a sweet lady who knew we were coming & had booked through Booking.com. The check-in process went well, she showed us to our room. The gardens well maintained, just felt like rolling on the grass after a long drive from Joburg.

The accommodation is located in a nice quiet suburb, when travelling make sure that your navigation app is updated as some turns are not easy to spot with the new road upgrades.

Pillows needs to be changed immediately—- hard as a rock . Used the towel as a makeshift pillow. No generators which was Not disclosed on advert. Bin was not emptied. It’s also not stated that the Guest House is located on an untarred road ( 1.5km) with sharp protruding rocks. Otherwise it’s recommended for a one night stay for business travellers.
