Honestly, I expected discrimination since the hotel was quite far from tourist attractions. Unsurprisingly, there were only Japanese guests as far as we could tell. However, the receptionists were all extremely helpful, professional, and friendly above all. I am from Taiwan and can only speak broken Japanese, yet they didn't treat me differently at all during my stay: unlike some of the restaurant and hotel staff members I had unfortunately encountered elsewhere despite trying not to speak English. Here's the icing on the cake. My wife accidentally forgot a personal item that her late father had left her, because I got the checkout time wrong and had to leave in a hurry. I immediately contacted the hotel, but we were already in a different city far from Gifu. They offered to send the item to our next destination free of charge even though I insisted on paying. I must say the staff was far more professional than some of the staffs of a few expensive, traditional onsen ryokan places we stayed in. Thank you, Hotel Route Inn Ginan Kokudo 21! 誠にありがとうございました！

The room is beautiful and spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean overall, and the breakfast is delicious with a great variety of food and a few tasty desserts. Plus, the hotel is right next to the station!

Matsushige şehrinde, Tokushima İstasyonu noktasına 10 km, Reizanji temple noktasınaysa 9,4 km mesafede yer alan Hotel Route Inn Tokushima Airport -Matsushige Smartinter- tesisi, restoran ve tesis... Everything! Welcome sudachi drink, amenities were totally fantastic. Especially there was a shampoo bar in the large communal bath. Also staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean, breakfast buffets were awesome.

Kameoka şehrinde yer alan Hotel Route Inn Kyoto Kameoka Ekimae tesisi; Katsura Kraliyet Villası noktasına 17 km, Araşiyama Bambu Ormanı noktasına 20 km mesafededir. Otel temiz ve konforlu. Onsen güzeldi. Merkeze uzak ama otelin yanında metro istasyonu olduğundan ulaşımda bir sorun yaşamadım.
