I Shirakawa-go, 45 kilometer fra Hida Minzoku Mura landsbymuseum, ligger Onyado Yuinosho, Shirakawago, som har en fellesstue, gratis privat parkering, en restaurant og en bar. The place was incredible! Big rooms, amazing facilities and wonderful staff! The onsens were great as well!

Gorgeous setting, staff and facilities were exceptional, including a free shuttle to the station (I didn’t use as the scenery was lovely to walk and I had already shipped my luggage). Amenities and facilities were more than I had hoped for and the price included breakfast, a light dinner including drinks and snacks.

The place is absolutely beautiful. By far one of the nicest hotels I've been in. Every detail is well thought of, and the location near Takayama Old city is great.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. We went on our honeymoon for 1 night - it would be more! All of our expectations were exceeded. The room (we stayed in one of the villas) was impeccable, the service was perfect, and the food was wonderful — the kaiseki dinner is absolutely worth it, and the breakfast is very good as well. A truly memorable experience!
