Only a 5-minute drive from Miyajima Ferry Port with its free shuttle, beautiful ocean views can be enjoyed from Miyajima Seaside Hotel. The stuff was very kind and helpful, the place very clean and comfortable. Great view from the room and the shuttle is very comfortable.

Jukeiso features Japanese-style rooms overlooking the majestic entrance gate (Torii) of Itsukushima-jinja Shrine, only a 5-minute walk from the Unesco World Heritage Site itself. Our room was spacious and very authentic Japanese while also being very comfortable. The view over the bay was amazing. The dining experience was unforgettable and our dietary requirements (vegetarian) were perfectly catered too. The private bath was also a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even by Japanese standards. Overall, we were sad that we only booked one night here.

Located just 25 km from Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine, Azumi Setoda provides accommodation in Onomichi with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a 24-hour front desk. Staff was great, room exceeded my expectations. The whole experience itself was awesome.

Located in Tsuyama, 200 metres from Tsuyama Wonder Museum, The Shiroyama Terrace Tsuyama Villa provides accommodation with a spa and wellness centre, free private parking, an open-air bath and a... Beautiful! Nice room. Onsen was amazing. Dinner was delicious and the breakfast even better! Staff was exceptional.

Set in Yasugi, 26 km from Mizuki Shigeru Road, Shokinkan offers rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi. It's a traditional Japanese ryokan in a temple. Nice staff and we really enjoyed the stay.

Located in Miyajima with Five Storey Pagoda and Itsukushima Shrine nearby, Kinsuikan provides accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot spring bath. Very friendly and helpful staff. The free drinks and ice cream on the rooftop bar was a nice touch. Great location. Easy walk from the ferry and to the sites of Myajima island.

Itsukushimahigashimonzen Kikugawa, a property with a shared lounge, is located in Miyajima, 2.3 km from Tsutsumigaura Beach, 500 metres from Five Storey Pagoda, as well as 700 metres from Itsukushima... Good location. Clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Japanese breakfast was great.

Situated in Tottori, 48 km from Daijoji Temple, Kansuitei Kozeniya offers accommodation with a hot spring bath, a public bath and an open-air bath. beautiful traditional style hostel, kind and attentive staff, and lovely private onsen!

Situated in Onomichi and only 25 km from Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine, Suminoe Ryokan features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Old traditional Inn with a beautiful garden in the courtyard and views of the waterfront. Lots of common areas space. Our room had a garden view, was spacious, futons and pillows very comfortable. There is a good size fridge, a toilet, and a convenient sink for wash up and set all toiletries. Everything works well, wifi etc…onsen was very nice as well. The whole place is very clean and quiet, Breakfast and dinner are served in a room and you can enjoy the view of the garden if you leave the doors open, the food was very good, traditional Japanese. Fantastic location, basically across the street from the ferry we took for Onomichi. And by the bike path. The Main Street starts around the corner. All the staff is wonderful. The hostesses are incredibly kind, fun and caring, they will assist you with anything. They picked us up at the Setoda bus station, we were grateful. You can rent a bike nearby. Also I forgot my iPad on the JR train, they took the matter in their hands and I got it the next day!! We spent 3 nights and it was great. We will definitely come back if in the area again.
