Het Miyajima Seaside Hotel ligt op slechts 5 minuten rijden met de gratis pendeldienst van de veerhaven van Miyajima. De accommodatie biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan. Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel. Het eten(Japans) was uitstekend. Ruime kamer met uitzicht op zee. Shuttle van en naar Ferry en shrine op afroep.

Jukeiso features Japanese-style rooms overlooking the majestic entrance gate (Torii) of Itsukushima-jinja Shrine, only a 5-minute walk from the Unesco World Heritage Site itself. Lovely view across the town. Quiet and away from the bustle. Room was very spacious. Enjoyed the private Onsen. Staff were excellent. Appreciated the service of picking up our luggage from the coin lockers at the ferry port.

Just a 7-minute walk from Itsukushima Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Combining modern design with a homely decor, Kikunoya Hotel offers both Western and Japanese-style rooms. This was our favorite hotel in Japan! We stayed only one night to get to see the island of Miyajima a bit more, and staying here was such a nice experience. In particular, the dinner at the hotel was so special and delicious! You need to message them to make the reservation some days in advance, but they were always very responsive. The facilities of the hotel were really great: the public baths, the rooftop terrace, the footbath café. Finally, the staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

The Shiroyama Terrace Tsuyama Villa ligt in Tsuyama, op 2 minuten lopen van Tsuyama Wonder Museum, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Op onze rondreis verbleven we voor 1 nacht in dit hotel. Zeer comfortabele kamer en badkamer. Wij hadden twee eenpersoonsbedden van elk 1 meter breed. Hotel ziet er echt mooi uit. Heerlijke baden op de bovenste verdieping met uitzicht. Ontbijt is heel goed. Personeel zeer attent. Je kan in het hotel dineren of in een van de nabij gelegen restaurants. Een goed restaurant zit 2 straten verderop.

Shokinkan biedt gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie en kamers met airconditioning in Yasugi. It's a traditional Japanese ryokan in a temple. Nice staff and we really enjoyed the stay.

Kinsuikan ligt in Miyajima, op 2,6 km van Tsutsumigaura Beach, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een gedeelde lounge en een restaurant. Fantastic room with private onsen and side view of the Great Torii. Great kaiseki dinner.

Itsukushimahigashimonzen Kikugawa ligt in Miyajima, op 2,3 km van Tsutsumigaura Beach en 6 minuten lopen van Pagode met vijf verdiepingen, en biedt accommodatie met een gedeelde lounge. Great experience of traditional Japanese house. Spacious room and all we needed. Very nice people are running this place. Tasty Japanese breakfast.

Kansuitei Kozeniya bevindt zich in Tottori, op 48 km van Daijoji Temple en 7,4 km van Tottori Sand Dunes, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. I arrived earlier at the property on 5 January before check-in and staff arranged for my luggage to be moved into my room when I came back after exploring. Dinner was good and subsequently during check out i left my luggage at the counter to explore the town more before my train. When I came back and wanted to leave, staff provided me with a lift to the train station. It was raining at that time and the lift was appreciated despite the train station being quite close by. Excellent services by the staff here and I greatly appreciate it. Definite recommend.

Suminoe Ryokan bevindt zich in Onomichi, op 25 km van Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine en 28 km van Saikon-ji Temple, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. Old traditional Inn with a beautiful garden in the courtyard and views of the waterfront. Lots of common areas space. Our room had a garden view, was spacious, futons and pillows very comfortable. There is a good size fridge, a toilet, and a convenient sink for wash up and set all toiletries. Everything works well, wifi etc…onsen was very nice as well. The whole place is very clean and quiet, Breakfast and dinner are served in a room and you can enjoy the view of the garden if you leave the doors open, the food was very good, traditional Japanese. Fantastic location, basically across the street from the ferry we took for Onomichi. And by the bike path. The Main Street starts around the corner. All the staff is wonderful. The hostesses are incredibly kind, fun and caring, they will assist you with anything. They picked us up at the Setoda bus station, we were grateful. You can rent a bike nearby. Also I forgot my iPad on the JR train, they took the matter in their hands and I got it the next day!! We spent 3 nights and it was great. We will definitely come back if in the area again.
