Stayed in traditional room - clean, cosy, had everything you need. Breakfast was a great surprise, so delicious!

Our stay here was one of the highlights of the trip. First, the location’s super convenient, really close to the main bus terminal where shuttle buses go to and from different ski resorts. There are also shops and restaurant options nearby that are walking distance. Lockers/dry room for snow gear easily accessible after a full day of skiing. The onsen was a great way to relax, especially enjoyed the outdoor bath. Breakfast and dinner were soo good with lots of seasonal and local produce (we recommend trying their homemade jams and pastries☺️) Lastly, the staff were all super friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to accommodate us throughout our stay and even after we left – we accidentally left behind some important items at the hotel and they were kind enough to help us locate and get it back to us. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again!!

It was an absolute delight to stay here, the food was delicious, the views are incredible, the hosts are so kind and welcoming too. I felt truly taken care of during my stay and will definitely come back when I return to the Hakuba valley!
