Kirishima Momijidani Seiryuso provides a hot spring bath and a public bath, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Kirishima, 13 km from Ebino Plateau. The place is truly authentic, ppl may describe it as old but it's can't be more wrong. I would describe it as rustic and serene, especially with the river beside it. Yes!! A running river, not much of a great sight but the sound of flowing water bring peace to your soul. Also, there's a private and excusive onsen beside the river, you just have to reserve it. Now to the most important aspect, the staff of Seiryuso.The hotel manager, Kajiki san set the benchmark for top notch hospitality. He has a bubbling personality, always giving out good vibes and positive energy. Always ready to serve and provide service. Always service with a smile.😊😊😊. Well, Japanese are known to provide great service but this is a whole other level. A special shout-out to the restaurant crew, specifically the service staff, didn't manage to get all their names other than matsuyi san. Kudos to the other gentlemen that provided the service.

Overlooking Kagoshima Bay, Hakusuikan boasts an outdoor pool and a variety of spacious indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths, including a Sunamushi sand hot-spring. This is my second time to stay in this fabulous hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Very big, comfortable and beautiful hot spring. Food seems not as good as before, but still delicious.

1.3 km from Kirishima Jingu Shrine in Kirishima, Ryoutei Ryokan Takechiyo Kirishima Bettei features accommodation with access to a hot spring bath, hot tub and public bath. Very comfortable room and nice public bath. The staff were also very helpful and friendly; we got there after sunset and had trouble finding the place in the dark (please make plans to reach before it gets dark!), but the staff were keeping a lookout for us in the cold at the main gate. Appreciate the hospitality and effort to communicate with us even though we did not understand Japanese. The food was also exceptional! Best kaiseki we’ve had! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Situated in Ibusuki and only 47 km from Kagoshima Chuo Station, Onsensui Pool & Fufu Rotenburo no Hanareyado Yurian features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. All their staff were very warm, friendly and super helpful. Love the Spring onsen plus a separate spring swimming pool in the villa. Amazing views!!

Offering a garden and mountain view, Iseebisou is located in Ibusuki, 49 km from Kagoshima Station and a few steps from Bandokorobana Park. The location is breathtaking, the food is absolutely delicious, and the staff are warm, thoughtful and exceptional. The rooms look out to the sea, tide pools, and Kaimondake.This is our second time to stay at Iseebisou and we love it.

Located in Satsuma in the Kagoshima region, Tetsuka Ryokan provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a hot spring bath. Breakfast was great, the private onsen was excellent, the room was spacious and comfortable. Wish we had time to stay another night.

Featuring open-air hot spring baths and a sauna, Fufurotenburonoyado Ginsyou is located a 4-minute drive from Ibusuki Station. Beautiful hotel that conveyed the essence of the culture and the layout of the room was perfect. Staff was amazing and hospitable. We selected the breakfast to be included and it exceeded our expectations. It made our experience!

Boasting spacious natural hot spring baths and sand foot-bath, Ibusuki Syusui-en offers chic Japanese-style accommodation. Very classy ryokan with a beautiful staff and perfect amenities. From the moment we arrived we felt pampered and all our needs were attended to. Our walk to the hot sand baths was very easy and the experience was great fun. Breakfast and dinner were exquisite. We didn't spend a lot of time in the onsen, but the facilities were great

Situated within 47 km of Kagoshima Chuo Station and 48 km of Kagoshima Station, Bihadanoyu Koshikano Onsen offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kirishima. I wish we stayed here longer. This is where we stayed when we arrived from Kagoshima Airport. Absolutely beautiful place with helpful staff. Best breakfast we had in Japan! The onsen in the room was amazing!
