Authentic feel of the place and the food, the onsen was also wonderful. Everything was clean, and the traditional beds on the floor were surprisingly comfortable.

Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. Such amazing and inspiring place. Professional staff, great facilities and totally deserved the money. Definitely will be my first option in hakone My room had path on the balcony it’s was perfect.

El Hakone Suimeiso està situat a 3 minuts a peu de l'estació de Hakone Yumoto i a 15 minuts a peu del temple de Sounji. Excellent location, modern hotel with traditional rooms and meal plans, which were seasonal. Lovely attitude from the staff! You can leave your luggage at the reception before check-in/after check-out. The tatami beds were really comfortable and everything was clean. Loved the private bath!

Opened in 1878, 富士屋ホテル features Meiji Era architecture set in Hakone’s natural beauty. The well-preserved building itself was impressive, and I expect it will be a memorable stay. The facilities are all clean and well-maintained.

The rooms in the ryokan are amazing, it is traditional yet modern with all the amenities one needs! But our biggest highlight was the amazing lady that took amazing care of us. Thank you so much again for your kindness and your high level of professionalism! The onsen baths are really huge and super well equipped. And last but not least, the kaiseki dinner and breakfast were breathtaking! Huge compliments to the chef! Our stay couldn’t have been better! Thank you so much to all Bansuirou Fukuzumi staff!

Situated in Hakone in the Kanagawa region, with Venetian Glass Museum and Hakone Botanical Garden of Wetlands nearby, Hotel Morinokaze Hakone Sengokuhara features accommodation with free private... Both the meal and the breakfast was superb. The staff explained every piece of the meal despite the language differences.
