The traditional Japanese style rooms are large and the local area is very peaceful. The indoor hot tub is very relaxing, and nicely matches the interior design of the hotel. The staff are the highlight - they are all really polite and friendly. There are also two friendly dogs! This hotel employs young staff with varying abilities - all of whom were very attentive. This is a hotel worth supporting, and after staying here I feel like part of the family!

The spacious, clean room. The relaxation areas such as the lounge and the library. We liked the onsen, both the indoor and outdoor ones. The buffet dinner was excellent. It had many options and delicacies, both in western and Japanese. The dining area was spacious, serving staff were excellent. The free drinks and snacks in the lounge and the library for retreat were excellent bonus.
