When we called from the train station near by, the hotel fixed shuttle bus for us, which was very helpful. It was very good for family with small children as well. We all enjoy very much together. The view from the room was excellent.

We had a wonderful experience at a traditional Japanese establishment. This place is very special, the food, the baths, the room and the attention to detail were all outstanding.

竹泉荘 Chikusenso Onsen provides a hot spring bath and free private parking, and is within 42 km of Sendai City Community Support Center and 41 km of the Site of Sendai Castle. Staff are nice. Facilities are great. Dinner and breakfast are delicious. We were given snacks as night food. Private onsen was available. Can see stars at night.

Food was great. It was nice to have continued snacks and drinks in the lobby all day. Midnight curry udon was fun. The baths were beautiful.
