I Izumi, 11 kilometer fra Saifuku-ji Temple, ligger Oukai Villa Izumi, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, en fellesstue og en restaurant. This was one of the best places we stayed in Japan. The location is fantastic, especially if you are arriving from or leaving to the airport. The airport pickup service was very convenient and we reached the property in about 30 minutes, which made everything very easy. There is a daily shuttle to the train station, and from there it’s a direct train ride into central Osaka, so getting around was simple while still staying in a quiet, peaceful area. The guesthouse is very calm, beautiful, and surrounded by nature. The garden is absolutely lovely, and the maple trees were especially stunning — it felt like a small hidden retreat. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with a great variety, and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable. If you are looking for a relaxing stay with great service and easy access, this place is perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice onsen, beautiful room, good hiking near the venue to waterfalls. Excellent food and very friendly staff. It's a perfect day trip from Osaka.

Imazato Ryokan tilbyr 4-stjerners overnatting i Osaka. Overnattingsstedet ligger 15 minutters gange fra The Osaka Korean Church in Japan og 1,4 kilometer fra Anraku-ji Temple. Nice and clean room, near Imazato Station. A quiet place to return after a long day.

Kaneyoshi Ryokan ligger i Osaka, 1 minutters gange fra Zojugoi Yasuidoton Dobokukiko Monument. Her bor du med utsikt over byen. Nice people on their reception of us, we were able to store our luggages for free before and after our stay. Such beautiful room and view.

I Osaka, 2,9 kilometer fra Kadoma City History Museum, ligger RYOKAN優勝館Hotel, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, en terrasse og en restaurant. I've been to a Ryokan before, 40 years ago. I came to this one with my adult daughter. The location is very unassuming. It's essentially in a suburb or exurb of Osaka. From the train station, it was a fairly long walk to get there and we ended up waiting at the wrong entrance. But once we got things sorted, it was the peaceful Ryokan experience I remembered fro the past. The owners are a husband and wife, and they are darling! We had to use Google translate a lot, but we got along well. The first day was my birthday and their restaurant wasn't open while we stayed there so the owner drove us to the train station so we could go to a restaurant in town. Then she picked us up when we got back. The room was a tatami mat room with a toilet and sink. The bath is to be taken in the onsite onsen. We were given yukata to wear to the onsen and it felt so authentic and relaxing! We had planned to decompress during our stay, which we were able to do nicely - it was so relaxing there. There is a convenience store a block away and a couple of good restaurants a few blocks farther. There is a large, interesting park dedicated to International Peace that we walked to. When it was time for us to leave, they drove us to the train station again. I don't know if they do this for all their clients. We seemed to be the only ones staying there, but it made the experience so memorable. I would definitly stay here again!

I Ibaraki, 10 kilometer fra Niiya Shrine, ligger Villa璃都りーと Villa Retreat, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, en fellesstue og en terrasse. The owner is so sweet and kind. She made my friend and I feel at home! Definitely recommend getting the breakfast. Her cooking is amazing and will definitely fill up with plenty of energy for the day!

こもれびの宿 明徳庵 ligger i Mino, med Niiya Shrine bare 10 kilometer unna. Overnattingsstedet har en hage, røykfrie rom, gratis WiFi og en fellesstue. The staff (especially Maki), the wonderful location, and the hot spring baths!
