Huge room with amazing river and mountain view. The onsite onsen was amazing. Complimentary clothes to wear onsite was an added bonus. Best sake I had in japan Free shuttle from village bus stop

This Ryokan is exceptional. So clean and well appointed. The family are so friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We loved our dinner in the dining room that we booked in advance. We were very fortunate to be visiting at Christmas time and the Christmas dinner had so much thought and time put into it, making it a very memorable meal and stay for our family.

L'Oyado Koto No Yume es troba a 2 minuts a peu de l'estació de Takayama i ofereix habitacions d'estil japonès amb un toc de color. Amazing location, for starters! Only 2 blocks from the bus/train station, and only about a 10 minutes' walk to the market and historic sector. Many delicious restaurants and convenience stores within a 2-block radius. Upon arriving, we enjoyed observing the ryokan traditions; it made the stay very unique. It made us feel so welcome that the check-in process was done seated in an area of the lounge where we were served hot tea as Thant guided us through everything we would need to know for our stay. He helped us reserve time in the private onsen and also a Japanese-style breakfast (was not included in our lodging plan). We paid for the private onsen and breakfast at check-out. Thant then led us up to our spacious room, where all our luggage was already waiting for us. The beds were incredibly comfortable with a foam topper that we just melted into. Nice, warm shower with good water pressure. The building in general seems to get quite cold, but the heater in our room worked very well, and our room had a kotatsu table that was sooo nice and warm. Also, we were traveling for our honeymoon and were very touched by the thoughtful details that the staff laid out for us in our room.

Located in a 100 year-old Registered Tangible Cultural Property, Ryokan Hostel K's House is located in Shizuoka, a 7-minute walk from JR Ito Train Station. L'edifici era espectacular i ben cuidat. A més, hi havia uns banys termals a dins. El personal ha sigut molt amable. Estava ben situat a prop de l'estació, la platja i alguns restaurants.

There was an indoor and outdoor public bath and private outdoor baths and our own bath connected to the room which was beautiful with high ceilings. The food was excellent and the views were stunning! Highly recommended !! Also great for kids as the kids meals are so beautiful !!! We wish we could have stayed longer!

We have never experienced this kind of luxury in our lives….. this place and environment totally blew our minds! We had te luxury to stay in the villa, and exceeded all our expectations. The views, the pool, the sauna, the hotspring tub, the fireplace, the BBQ… it was more than enough to really end our holiday totally relaxed! We were supposed to go to Tokyo the last 3 days of our holiday, but we where glad that we canceled that, and went to Shikuoka instead! The falls and wasabi fields and hikes nearby were great excursions, and then come back to the villa was a real dream! Also there were no other guests, so we had the whole place for ourselves….
