The staff were very friendly and ready to help with recommendations for activities and transport.

Opened in June 2013, The Edo Sakura offers accommodation in a Japanese-style Machiya townhouse located a 5-minute walk from Iriya Subway Station and a 10-minute walk from JR Uguisudani Train Station. The breakfasts were excellent. The staff became like good friends. It felt like more than just a business; the place has heart. The baths were a wonderful option, relaxing and romantic. We absolutely love The Edo Sakura and will be staying there every time we visit Tokyo.

A 2-minute walk from Sendagi Subway Station, Japanese-style hotel Annex Katsutaro Ryokan features rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring and free Wi-Fi internet. The location was ok, not too many places to eat around (at least with ramen). But I am a fan of this hotel, it has a great atmosphere, friendly staff. For 2 nights it was a great experience.

Situated in the Asakusa area, Ryokan Asakusa Shigetsu has a history of 70 years. The accommodation boasts a view of the Tokyo Skytree from its Hinoki wood bath. This was my second time staying at the ryokan, I love it. Just like the first time, the staff was very attentive, polite, and helpful. The ryokan is very well located, close to Asakusa Temple, shopping streets, and the subway. Despite the busy streets, the ryokan is very quiet. The bathroom is quite modern, and the room maintains the traditional style while also being spacious.

Nastanitev 寅ホテル 御徒町 TORA HOTEL Okachimachi se nahaja v okrožju Taito Ward (Tokio) in ponuja sobe s klimatsko napravo ter s TV z ravnim zaslonom. There is a lift so no need to worry about carrying luggage. The room is spacious for 4 people. Everything is available from TV to kitchen cabinet to sofa to 4 comfortable thick beds to washing machine. Location is near to train station and bus stop but oddly enough the place is quiet at night so you can have peaceful sleep. This is a gem!

Nastanitev cyashitsu ryokan asakusa z dobro lego v središču mesta Tokio nudi sobe s klimatsko napravo, skupni prostor za druženje, brezplačen WiFi in teraso. The hospitality and attention to detail was excellent. We felt at home and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Also the room was very cozy and gave us that authentic Japanese experience. Also the breakfast was very good.

Nastanitev Tokyo inn Sakura An se nahaja v Tokiju, 1 min hoje od znamenitosti Tokyo Origami Museum, in ponuja brezplačno izposojo koles, sobe za nekadilce ter brezplačen WiFi v celotni nastanitvi. The place fits perfectly for a family, it’s cozy, spacious(compared to regular Japanese hotel stay), comfortable and close to convenience stores and Asakusa Sta. We travelled with our two teenagers and they loved the closet style beds. The host was always attentive of our needs and questions. It was indeed a pleasant stay and well recommended for sure.

Situated in Tokyo, within 1.5 km of Sensoji Temple and 2.2 km of Tokyo Skytree, Ryokan Nakadaya offers accommodation with a shared lounge. This was booked for my sister who was traveling alone. Her review is: A perfect blend of traditional furnishings (tatami rooms with futons) and modern amenities (showers, fridge, washer, dryer). Whatever extra needs you have, the proprietor, Tatsuo-san, will make it happen. The man never sleeps and makes you feel 100% taken care of. His wife is seldom there, but her hand is felt throughout the house and in the way the place is run. Just follow the (few, reasonable) house rules, and you will have your own perfect quiet island

Hotel Grand Prince Takanawa Hanakohro se nahaja v Tokiu, 2,3 km od poslovnega središča Ebisu Garden Place. Ponuja restavracijo. Vse sobe so klimatizirane. Hanakohro offered a peaceful and comfortable retreat where time and expenses were never a concern. Everything was taken care of, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy the experience, which included exploring the unique lounges, garden and buildings on the grounds. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding, making us feel at home.
