If you don't tolerate hot weather, don't go during summer.
If you don't tolerate hot weather, don't go during summer. Great food, historical places, fresh vegetables. But public transport could be chaotic for foreigners. Buy a sim card at the airport and use Yandex or My Taxi app to travel around since it is really affordable.

My first trip to Uzbekisran started in Tashkent.
My first trip to Uzbekisran started in Tashkent. A beautiful city with so many gardens and parks as well as historical sites and monuments. It's easy to travel in Uzbekistan and I covered the Ferghana valley from Tashkent, then to Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva in 18 days and back to Tashkent for 2 days. A very wonderful first trip.

It's a beautiful city.
It's a beautiful city. There is a lot to do if you are a traveller. Figure out their bus and metro stations, and you can get to anywhere except the mountains. Spend time understanding what you would like to do and accordingly get to the places. Exchange cash in local currency, almost everyone uses local money. YandexGo is a must for the beginning.
Well, after I finished from visiting Bukhara and Samarkand I decided to chose this hotel because it's close from the airport. The staff of the hotel were amazing they are helpful. The breakfast is nice and has variety choices. The owner of the hotel he invited me to lunch with his friends and that's makes me so happy and I completely understand that Uzbek people is one of the best hospitality in the world. I enjoyed staying there in Uzbekistan and I look forward to coming back ASAP
The room was beautiful and very comfortable, and the hotel was in a great location for exploring Tashkent on foot. The pool was great, very clean with lots of comfortable seating options and drinks and snacks available. Staff were so helpful throughout the stay (this was my first stop in Uzbekistan so I was still finding my feet) and gave great information, arranged cars for onward journey etc. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Tashkent!
I recently stayed here and had a n excellent experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and looked like it had been newly built, with modern amenities and stylish decor. The breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety of options to suit all tastes. Overall the entire experience was wonderful and undoubtedly the best value for money.
Truly Uzbekistan experience, especially the garden. The hotel is close to the metro and many local restaurants. The room was clean and big, and the staff was nice and helpful. In particular, they were so kind in arranging a late check out for me so that I can have a shower before the long flight back home. I will definitely choose Mirzo next time when I visit Tashkent.
The hotel is unique and charming, especially if you stay in the yurt, as we did this time (a return to Tashkent after visiting other places in Uzbekistan, first staying in the main building.) The staff was great. Abdulaziz in particular deserves our thanks; he was extremely helpful and patient with all our questions and requests. Breakfast is also great!
Hip and ultra modern hotel, everything in nice contemporary grey tones. Clean and comfy. European-style (and consequent European prices) rooftop bar, which can get a bit noisy in the night but it wasn't absolutely a problem for us hard-sleepers. Best buffet breakfast I had in Uzbekistan: great variety and quality food, I really enjoyed my meal.
ATECA Hotel Suites Tashkent is a modern structure with all comforts and services.
Staff is professional and kind, rooms and areas are clean and comfy, breakfast is incredibly rich.
The hotel is located in a nice area of the city within a 10 minutes walk from Ming 'Orik metro station and surrounded by services, restaurants, etc.
Clean and comfortable hotel for 2 nights that I stayed in Tashkent. Staff are very friendly and helpful, booked our cabs to the train station and airport, and helped with leaving our luggage in the hotel. There is a lovely walkway along the river in front of the hotel that I took to the metro and Magic City.
Clean, basic design of rooms. Good enough for budget hotel. Really good value if you compare with similar other hotels at Tashkent.
Really good heating system and hot water in bathroom, when all Tashkent has problem with gas and electricity.
The staff is very pleasant. Thanks a lot.
My best ever experience for staying in a very good hotel property. The Hotel Manager Mr. Shah is really thorough dedicated gentleman and he is making sure the successful business journey in Tashkent Uzbekistan. I will highly recommend the hotel to local and international travelers.
It’s a good hotel, with an excellent breakfast.
Close to the metro and 15 min away from the city center (on foot).

Beautiful modern hotel which meets all the expectations. Staff is very friendly and well trained. The rooms are extremely spacious and have an amazing view over Tashkent city park. The breakfast buffet offers everything you can imagine and more.
The Wi-Fi is exceptional! One of the best I had in Uzbekistan. The location was also perfect - relatively close to the center. In general, I can recommend the hotel as a place for staying in business trip
The staff of this hotel is unbelievably good, they know how to treat the guests, beautiful location and always clean, I will definitely stay at Summer Hotel if I visit Tashkent city again.
The Manifa Hotel located near the popular attractions, in the city center. Hotel clean, beds comfortable, it was the top hotel during my trip to Uzbekistan.
