Absolutely fantastic staff. They were so kind to our baby, especially at meal times. The breakfast and evening meals were very good. Some food highlights from our stay were the smoked mackerel starter, confit duck main and waffle with forest fruits dessert.
Just outside St Helier, this 14th-century manor house features a 3 AA-Rosette restaurant, an outdoor pool with al fresco dining and a casual cocktail bar.

Both Queen and King Street are full of shops, banks and departments stores, restaurants. Its true when they say its a shoppers paradise! The main liberation square is flanked by the major hotels, Royal yacht, Pomme d'or and a short walk to the bus station. Where you can catch a bus to all over the island.
So much history is here, from the jersey museum to the occupation tapestry and the maritime museum.
Jersey war tunnels is must as so is the zoo! Plenty of sun kissed beaches to chose from that's if you don't mind the concrete bunkers and fortifications dotted all over the island. Definitely recommend a visit or two or three. Currently planning my next one!

Easy access for all of Jersey from the 10 minute bus station. Beach and cafe within 5 minutes walk. Elizabeth Castle and the Marina view from our room and to the left was the stunning beach. Very interesting and necessary history all round to learn about the hardships of the Island over the years and how they have prospered since. Loads of lovely restaurants for a variety of choice. Get a 1, 2 or 3 day bus pass and just hop on and off when a place takes your fancy!

It was so clean and there were plenty of amazing shops, restaurants and bars. We were lucky to be there for Liberation Day which was amazing. You don't actually need a car as everything in the town is in easy walking distance and the buses take you all around the Island from the centre of town. Everyone we came across was friendly and the atmosphere in town was warm and welcoming. The only down side is that they still operate Sunday closing where almost all the shops are closed. The place was deserted. We made the mistake of eating at Bohemia which is a Michelin starred restaurant. Not only super expensive but utterly pretentious and the staff were particularly rude. St Helier isn't a cheap place but we had a lovely meal at Aromas and The Oyster Box in St Brelades Bay. The Island is small so all the places are easily accessible by taxi or for those fit enough by bicycle. There was plenty to occupy children too.

I hadn't considered what to expect in Jersey but was pleasantly surprised.
The island is beautiful with a very laid-back feel to it.
St Helier is the perfect size to walk around with plenty of places to eat and drink, and nice quality shops. It has the feel of a nice country town.
Be aware that most restaurants close around 9.00pm so don't get caught out!
The bus from outside the airport took us straight to the town and it is easy to travel around the island from the bus station in St Helier. Helpful staff and a choice of bus tickets for longer stays.
We took an afternoon tour around the island which helped us decide which areas we wanted to visit again. We visited in spring so the blossoms were out, and Jersey has the most beautiful vast beaches.
Friendly and helpful people everywhere we went which added to the experience.

The room was very spacious, well appointed and very comfortable.
The breakfast in the 'Harbour Room' was extremely good. Polite, efficient and happy staff, in a really nice environment, meant we felt, releaxed and well looked after in a pleasant atmosphere.
We wanted for nothing given the buffet style breakfast, with too much variety to mention.
The hotel was in a great location overlooking Liberty Square and Jersey Harbour beyond.
The food served was excellent and very enjoyable. Our room was not large but it was one of the standard rooms and it had everything needed. TV, shower, comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities. The pool area was lovely to sit around in the sun. We loved the restaurant, it had a lovely ambiance and we found all the staff very friendly. There was parking behind the hotel and the town centre and harbour was a short walk away.
Good position as close to the town Centre. On bus route.Across the road from the tidal pool and beach.
Clean rooms and bathrooms.Typical hotel room.
Friendly and very helpful staff. We had a room facing the back overlooking the carpark. It was nice and quiet. The sea facing rooms are on the main road so thinking they might be noisy.
We enjoyed swimming in the pool although the area was a bit neglected.
Certainly a lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Value for money...maybe but we have known better.
The breakfast was really good and again the staff in the restaurant were so friendly and helpful.
Location really good and all in all, our first visit to Jersey was memorable and we will be back!
At this hotel, maybe...
Amazing buffet breakfast - spoilt for choice.
Felt very Covid safe. Staff very welcoming and attentive.
Added bonus to be able to use the pool.
Very comfortable bed.
Free hotel bus shuttle to town centre.
Room was on 5th floor with great views of St Helier

Comfortable bed, room& bathroom clean, hotel clean. Close to the town centre, restaurants, shops and the Bay Area. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking was available but limited. A bar and TV room was available.
Hotel and Room was clean and spacious with plenty of tea and coffee location not too far from the town centre about a 10 minute walk, good choice of food for breakfast. Staff pleasant and helpful.
Quiet and peaceful hotel .nice beach and lido close by.staff were mostly very friendly spotlessly clean . restaurant staff very welcoming and helpful . breakfast excellent produce well cooked
Fantastic breakfast nice bar with outside seating nice indoor swimming pool twenty minutes to town centre few loverly restaurants near but food at night in hotel was really good value
A great hotel 20 minute walk to beach or St Helier. Busses are cheap stops outside hotel. Many guests are regulars. Housekeeping do an amazing job everything is spotless.
I like that it was opposite the beach, close to town and easy to access. Loads of activities close to the hotel. The food was delicious, staff members were excellent.
All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived hours early (of the ferry) and were given a room. Staff went out of their way to provide excellent service.
The hotel is across from a beach so we could hear waves lapping in our room. However, since there is a bar and restaurant with outdoor seating, it was noisy.
