The hotel offer a high level of service, similar to any European mid level hotel (like Novotel or something on that range). We got our room upgraded, very spacious and clean with very comfy beds. The windows have very good isolation even tough we stay on the first floor near to the corner of a busy road. The location is also great in the middle of Fergana, where you can reach attractions, restaurants, supermarkets and so on all by foot. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and a great variety of dessert (which i enjoyed a lot) :) The staff was really helpful and they also help us to do late check out at no extra cost. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Fargana.

Almost everything - Mr. Elsevar got in touch with me even before reaching, booking a taxi for me from the railway station, giving directions. Even though I reached early morning, way before the check - in time, I was able to have breakfast, freshen up and leave my stuff. The facilities and cleanliness were top notch. This place embodies the definition of spotlessly clean. Even when I had to leave early for a day trip, they made sure we ate something! The couple running this Guesthouse is very friendly, warm and welcoming, and their super cute daughter used to brighten my days with her smile. They have a well stocked fully functional kitchen which I used often as it was difficult to find vegetarian food outside. Even the day I left, they made sure I reached the railway station safely. I was really touched by this kind gesture. And I really cherish my long conversations with Mr. Elsevar, giving me insight into the culture of the place.
