The room seemed to be clean, value for money. We had a room without a window so I thought it wasn't going to be very big but it was actually quite spacious. You couldn't hear anyone in other rooms. Just when people were walking down the corridor which is normal in a hotel.

Lovely entrance foyer & it smelt great too! Check in was quick & super easy. Good WiFi. Cute breakfast area, you wouldn't know it was there other than at breakfast time. Comfortable beds, lovely & hot shower with good pressure. Great location. Very quiet even though it is by the tram line & train station.

This hotel proves that you should "not judge a book by its cover"! If I had not booked in advance via Booking.com, I would never have chosen this hotel, but once you get inside you get so surprised in the most positive way - and this goes for reception, room and staff!
