I love Barcelona, one of my favourite cities in Europe. The vibe in the city is great, something is happening around the city all of the time and I love how the city is almost alive. My favourite places there are the Barceloneta beach and the hill Montjuic, but I love all of it. Traversing the city is also very easy, you can use the Metro (my favorite mode of transport), the bus, the tram and other things. Also I am not a native Spanish speaker and I liked how I had no problem of communicating, almost everyone could speak at least some English.Mitja - 10Scored 10

This was our 4th trip to the city (we last visited in 2008.) It is still a great place to shop, eat and drink plus so many interesting places to visit- namely Casa Batllo, La Pedrera, Parc Guell. Sagrada Famillia, Montjuic, various galleries and museums and of course the beaches. We ate out every day somewhere different and didn't have a bad meal - one of our party is vegetarian and we found lots of places with interesting food. Would recommend The Egg Lab, Hummus Hummus,El Nacional, 2254 Tapas Barcelona and LaGalera and The Alcoba Azul - to name but a few!
