Loved the city....so clean and magnificent broad roads with elegant lights and trees. Great transport system which increases your sightseeing possibilities
The only minus point was the lack of restrooms/toilets even at stations etc. . you would have to use a cafe or a fast food place to use their toilets even if you did not want to eat or have a coffee.
we were constantly warned about pickpockets..which helped many of us not lose any of our belongings or money.

This is a beautiful city with many monuments and attractions, the best way to get around is by metro. You have to remember to be careful with handbags and wallets because, unfortunately, thefts are common and even residents are careful.

Ease of access to buses, taxis, and trains.
Ease of access to buses, taxis, and trains. It is a very clean city, with friendly people for the most part, and lots of different spoken languages. there were hotels and little restaurants all over the city. All of our different tour guides were very knowledgeable and easy to understand. The city monuments were spectacular, clean, and well-organized for visits. The nightlife was out of this world, all of the bars, pubs all the fantastic eateries were lively and the prices were great. I can't wait to return for a much longer stay!

Barcelona is a city that never fails to impress, and our recent stay was no exception. Here are some insights and tips from our trip:
Favorite Places:
Our favorite spot in Barcelona has to be the breathtaking Sagrada Familia. The intricate details and grandeur of this basilica left us in awe. We also loved strolling through Park Güell, where the vibrant mosaics and panoramic views of the city were simply mesmerizing. Another highlight was the Gothic Quarter, with its narrow, winding streets and historical charm.
Dining Experience:
We had some fantastic meals during our stay. One of our top dining experiences was at El Xampanyet, a cozy tapas bar near the Picasso Museum. The traditional tapas and cava were delightful. For a more upscale dining experience, we visited Tickets, a Michelin-starred restaurant that offered an unforgettable culinary journey with its innovative dishes and creative presentations.
Getting Around:
Navigating Barcelona was surprisingly easy. The city's public transportation system, including buses and the metro, was efficient and well-connected. We found it convenient to use a T10 travel card, which gave us access to multiple rides at an affordable price. Walking around the central areas was also enjoyable, as many of the main attractions are within a reasonable distance from each other.
What to Avoid:
If there's one thing we'd avoid next time, it would be the overly touristy spots along La Rambla. While it's a famous street, it tends to be crowded and filled with overpriced eateries. Instead, we recommend exploring the less touristy neighborhoods like Gràcia or Poble Sec, where you can experience more authentic local vibes.
Overall, our stay in Barcelona was fantastic, and we can't wait to return. Whether you're a history buff, a foodie, or simply looking to soak in the vibrant culture, Barcelona has something to offer for everyone.
Well appointed hotel that lives up to the Nobu brand. The room was comfortable and many amenities such as a coffee maker and a TV which allowed us to stream our own programming. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner at the main restaurant and both meals were outstanding. The room service breakfasts were an outstanding value. The location is perfect, far enough from the city center yet being next to a train station.
Nobu Barcelona has become my go to hotel in this beautiful city.

Fantastic hotel! The room was comfortable and spacious with plenty of room and quite comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet selection was great. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and a few steps fron Universitat metro station. The staff was very firendly and the view from toproof terrace - amazing! All in all, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend Jazz Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Barcelona.
Everything! location is absolutely perfect especially if you are travelling in Spain and have to take the train a few times. its also extremely convenient when coming from the airport. you exit the train station take the elevator up and the hotel is right there. you don’t feel the train’s because its built a few stories higher than the train station.
staff very welcoming and friendly, great desks to work in the room or in lobby. continental breakfast was delicious.
An amazing hotel
I’ll start with the dear hotel employees that made our stay heavenly, so kind always up for a good advise and really gave us feeling like we know each other for long time.
The rooms were always clean and comfortable.
The hotel is located in the best location in the city between all the shopping stores you can imagine. Close to all main places to see and 5 min walk from the bus to airport.
This is the only hotel I’m going back to in Barcelona
Beautifully run hotel - Loved the employees. We ran around the neighborhood in the morning for a workout. Really enjoyed being nestled away from the traffic and loud noises of the city centre. Every cab into the core was 10-15€. Super reasonable! Blown away by how amazing my husband and I were treated during our stay here. Would recommend to family and friends. Will be back if we are back in Barcelona!
Everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel is located in the Gracia barrio, a 5 min walk from the metro station Fontana and a 30 min walk from the city center. It's very peaceful and quiet so ideal for rest after exploring beautiful Barcelona. The staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious room with a beautiful balcony, cleaned every day. Would very much recomend it for your stay in Barcelona
Great location in the city center. this place by itself is such a nice place big spacious huge lobby and the rooms is so clean the vibes is so amazing and cool ..all the staff they will help you alot with everything you may ask they are too kind and sweet welcomes you very warm ..this place feels like your at home, one of the best hostel in Barcelona! Diffinitely will come back 🤍
It's a comfortable hostel with great location. It's in the city center and from the hotel we can go to many famous sightseeings in Barcelona, such as Plaça de Catalunya, Arc de Triomf, Sant Miquel Beach
We stayed one night here and the service was very good. Hostel staffs were totally friendly and helpful. It's a wonderful place for a group with 5 or 6 friends
Great location in the city center of Barcelona, walking distance to many sights.
Lot's of cafés and restaurants around.
The room itself was very clean ,with beautiful minimal decorations.
The staff was very friendly.
There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel ,as well as a metro station nearby, which makes transportation to and from the hotel very easy.
This is really a nice and clean hotel with big rooms and good service. The rooms look quite modern (for Spain, so don't expect USB power outlets and such). The neighborhood is quiet, however there's a big shopping center called Diagonal Mar in very close proximity. The breakfast is not too fancy but does include hot food and everything is fresh and tasty.
Located in the city center this hotel was perfect for our family. Very clean and comfortable room. Pool was a bonus as it was very hot during our stay and we enjoyed cooling off after a day of sightseeing. The bar/snack bar next to the pool was very good. Breakfast was the best we ever had compared to stays at other European hotels.
Good place to stay in Barcelona for family with kids
Nice location , very close to the metro station - 5 min walk, close to city center - around 30 minutes walk or 15 min by metro.
clean room, a small market near hotel and a shopping center at 10-15 min walk.
If you are visiting Barcelona and need accommodation, look no further. Stylish 9-bedroom boutique hotel in the city center that has a very home atmosphere and the facilities are superb.
Staff were great, thank you Narcis and the girls for a wonderful stay!
good price for the overrated Barcelona hotel in the city center , very comfortable bed
private parking for 15€/night (you need to reserve)
very efficient bike rental service from another company
close to metro and bus
Clean rooms. A little too far out from Barcelona city center for the full weekend experience, the area itself does not have so much to offer. However easy to get into city center with the tram line close to the hotel.
Very nice hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Location is near stadium FC Barcelona. It is far from city center, but good connected with metro and bus. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
Absolutely lovely hotel. The staff is super friendly the rooms are spacious & clean. I also had a massage they were very accommodating. My favorite hotel in barcelona city center so far!
The location is amazing, perfectly set in one of the best neighborhoods of Barcelona.
The room on the 6th floor had an amazing view on Barcelona city center's streets.
