The welcoming meeting in the reception, the with room with an excellent bed, super clean and fresh, free bottles of water together with tee an coffee, extra items in the bathroom and before departure the excellent breakfast. Great location, large clean spacious room with good facilities (fridge, hob etc if required), nice toiletries, a balcony and sea view. There was also a lovely roof top terrace. Great value for money and a lovely breakfast included (with Gluten Free options). The staff were all incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient, both before and during our stay. We’d definitely recommend if staying in Santa Cruz and will be back!

The beautiful botanic garden was a surprise and a real treat. The room and public spaces in the hotel were very nice. Services and food in the restaurant were good.
Pension La Cubana is in the pedestrian area of the old town centre of Santa Cruz de La Palma. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and the hotel offers free Wi-Fi.
