Staff were very attentive, unexpected welcome gifts on arrival, willing to go the extra mile, massive room and an excellent breakfast buffet. The bottle of water as we left was also a nice touch. Everything was excellent value for money, if we had more time we'd have definitely taken advantage of the spa facilities.

Prague is one of the best capital I've visited. The city is very beautiful, with many interesting places to visit and go for walks. There are many tourists, but it cannot be said that it is overcrowded. Safe city with very good organized public transport. I recommended for everyone!

Prague was a fun city to visit.
Prague was a fun city to visit. I went on a lads holiday and there was something for everyone there. The architecture, monuments, and views are brilliant and worth exploring. Old Town Square was definitely a highlight. Prague Castle was incredible; it's so high up that it seems to overlook the whole of Prague.
It's so easy to get around Prague. All of the city centre/old town is walkable. The castle is further away, but probably about a 30 minute walk from the city centre. Ubers are very cheap as well, maybe 200Kc for 4 people on average. I strongly recommend using the Lime scooters, as they are cheap to use and so much fun. You can see the city 4x faster than if you walked around all day. The downside is they're meant for the road, which can be tricky to navigate sometimes. Driving on the pavement is easier, but you will likely get told off by the locals. Use wisely!
Food is cheap; on average we spent 300Kc on a meal at a restaurant, which is about £10. Add a drink or two and you will find yourself spending no more than £15 on lunch/dinner, which is class in my opinion.
Prague also boasts two big nightclubs, Karlovy Lazne and Duplex. Both were great, but for the best experience go on a Friday/Saturday. It's also worth noting that we felt very safe walking around all parts of Prague, even at night.
We left this holiday satisfied, as we explored a lot and did many activities. But from things I've heard and seen online there were hundreds of things we missed! It's safe to say that if you visit Prague, you will never run out of things to do.

Prague is one of the most beautiful cities we have visited in Europe. People are very friendly and welcoming. One extra bonus is we got to ride the metro for free since we are senior citizens. No other country that we’re aware of extend this privilege to seniors.

Stayed 5 days in Prague and visited different sites.
Stayed 5 days in Prague and visited different sites. The city is beautiful along history. I typically love its architecture which really amazing. The only thing is that met some drunkard on some streets in the old town area which may cause me a bit fear. Visited Prague Castle and it was really amazing and worthwhile for the trip.

Lovely old city with so many beautiful buildings - easy to walk it.
Suggest avoiding booking the 'hop-on-hop-off' bus tours from the sales people holding the red umbrellas - chaotic, unreliable and they don't mention you need to download an app to receive any info. We spent much of the one full round trip we managed to achieve (on a two day ticket) having to look at the phone rather than the sights trying to fathom what to do. And even when I'd done this it didn't compare in my book to that 'old-school' method of just plugging in headphones and immediately hearing the running commentary in your chosen language! We spent several hours in the old square just waiting for a bus that didn't turn up.
The 'blue' line bus tour on this ticket actually ended up being just a single people carrier that you have to 'book'. To be fair, the boat trip on this ticket did happen and was lovely but suggest you go for the CityTours(?) hop-on one you book at the booth in the square (or prob from your hotel)!
Although I'm super careful I still had my purse stolen from my backpack by the bridge near the Castle (can happen in any city, I know) - so caution there.
Beautiful old city though and certainly worth a visit
Fantastic helpful Paval made us reassured about everything, arranged a taxi from the airport and greeted us on our arrival with lots of helpful advice and information. The room was large with a bath and huge bed , a kettle and mini fridge. Location is perfect right near the Old Town square. Breakfast at Bond cafe offered wonderful plant based milk porridge and tofu toasties for us vegans 🌱. Would definitely recommend this place as an authentic residence if you prefer that rather than a modern hotel .
The location was the best, just a few steps ahead of old town square. The building was historical and it was a great feeling to stay in a historical building in the historical center. The views from the windows were so nice. All the furniture was nice and clean. They offer free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was so cozy and would recommend staying here, it is very cheap and you get more than you pay for.
The hotel is located just a short walk from Wenceslas Square, Old Town Square and Charles bridge and is handily located for a wide choice of restaurants and bars. The staff were extremely friendly, with nothing being too much trouble. There is a nice seating area where you can enjoy a coffee or a complimentary sparkling wine and there was also a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. Breakfast was lovely with a wide choice of options.
Room was lovely, overlooking a small square and you could see church towers. The walls are 2 feet thick so very quiet. Reception desk staff were wonderful! Iana was very helpful. We loved the welcome gifts, very thoughtful.
Location of the hotel is perfect. We easily walked everywhere. It is only 75 yards from the old town square. Would definitely stay there, room 22, again.
Breakfast buffet was remarkable.
A beautiful and new hotel in a prime location!
The room was spacious and comfortable designed, all the interior features were new and colorful. The smell in the beautiful lobby and rooms amazing. Emily was full of kindness and hospitality and we eminently felt welcome!
5 minutes walk from wenceslas square and 10-15 minutes from old town square. A lot of coffee shops and great restaurants all around.
Excellent location, less than 1 minute walk from
Old Town Square & 5 mins walk to Charles Bridge. Less than 30 min by taxi from airport. Fantastic service, Josef the concierge was brilliant & very entertaining. Rooms were very comfortable, well equipped & peaceful. Certainly not the cheapest hotel but overall great value considering the quality of hotel, central location & excellent service.
The location was excellent. Near a major tram stop, and within easy walking distance of the old town square, numerous restaurants and shopping. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and the coffee shop/bistro attached was also very good. The staff was very friendly, and the rooftop terrace was a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, and to enjoy the view of the city.
The Hotel was right opposite Medicom where we were visiting and an excellent location for walking to Wenceless Square and Old town square, lovely room with fridge, microwave, aircon and a very large comfortable bed at a very reasonable price, there is a really good cafe next door which is great for breakfast or an afternoon beer, would definitely stay here again
The location was amazing, only a couple of minute walk to Charles Bridge and Old Town Square but also in a nice small street so it wasn’t noisy. A great view if you stay on higher floors. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a bathtub. Amenities were not provided as can be expected in a 4 star hotel but i don’t really need it anyway
Such a fancy place! exceeded the expectation to be honest, a very luxurious hotel, very central and only 10 mins away from the old town square! Super spacious rooms, very comfortable and high end. We got a one bedroom for 3 people and it was amazingly spacious! Definitely the choice if you are in Praha and want something fresh, new and central!
Everything was great. The staff was very pleasant, the room clean and tidy. Parking in the hotel garage is available for an additional fee and cannot be reserved, so you need to be lucky to find a free spot. The breakfast is excellent. The location is perfect, half a minute from Powder Gate and 3 minutes from Old Town Square.
Breakfast had a great selection and was very good food.
The room was spacious, clean and had air conditioning. The beds are also very comfortable.
The hotel was located very close to major tourist attractions including a 5 min walk from Charles Bridge, the Old Town Square and only 15 mins from the main train station.
One the best location to stay in Prague i appreciate the hotel staff and there welcome style specially. Its on very prime location 2 minutes walk only to old town square and famous places in Prague. I would recommend everyone.
Location was excellent right off of the Old Town square, yet Hotel Dar is tucked away on a quaint side street. We dined at the hotel restaurant and excellent breakfasts each morning. We also loved the rooftop terrace!
Very generous breakfast with lots of different options. Spacious room, the hotel was 5 to 10 mins away from the old town Square and close to amenities and transport links. Very good value for money.
An apartment with a hotel-like feel that included a few pluses, like an espresso coffee machine with coffee. It was a short walk from the Old Town Square and there were shops and restaurants nearby.
Hotel located in a city centre. 5 minutes walk to Old Town Square. There are many good restaurants near the hotel. Many thanks to helpful and polite staff, especially Alex. Recommend for sure.
