Received confirmation of booking and went to check-in (during check-in hours) but all doors were locked and I couldn’t gain access to the hotel. There was no answer to my phone call and no response to my message sent on the Booking.com app. Had to then find alternate accommodation at the last minute in a smallish town where there weren’t many other options. Don’t risk booking unless you have a back-up plan.

Location was good for where we wanted to be. Close to a shop and to town. Beds were very comfortable. It was also ground floor which was great as there was was outside terrace.
