the room has balcony which allows you to see the beautiful scenery outside. the cleanliness of the room is acceptable as well. apart from that, the location of the hotel is very accessible to all such as mall, & restaurant. We arrived much earlier than the check in time. The hotel Tano was not only kind enough to let us check in early they also upgraded our room. We organised pick up and drop off through the hotel for a reasonable price. Our driver Oz was o time. Oz has been exceptional and helped us to get an early check in. He also gave us many tips on what to do and where to go on the island!Thank you again. TNo hotel has a convenience store inside operated 24 hrs. And the coin operated washing mashine and dryer is a real plus aswell (3USD per use). Location is close to the beach and quite close to the busier area to Tumon. Have restaurants and shops close by. Rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable.
