The staff truly made the difference. Everyone I encountered, from housekeeping to concierge to the restaurant/bar team, was genuinely friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to be helpful. Their professionalism and warm hospitality were consistently impressive.

The location is the best, right next to eateries, coffee shops, malls. There is a Walmart next door. Happening place to go around and also for commute, there is a main road which makes everything accessible. I didn't take breakfast so can't comment on that. There is a Hongkong restaurant next to Luckin Coffee which is great for breakfast and also serves Hongkong tea, which was fantastic.

I absolutely was amazed on how the duty manager was able to come out of his way to resolve the taxi abuse that charged me 10 times the transfer cost from airport to hotel not to forget Steven the doorman and reg the exceptional concierge. I can only say that this type of attitude madenthe experience unforgettable especially in today's reality of individualism. This was really unexpected.
On another note the breakfast is simply outstanding.

We had to wait 6 hours at the airport as the promised pick up and drop off was denied at the airports bus transport hub.
The hotel's contact number went unanswered from 5am until 11am.
I was told by the airport staff to take the metro! Not a good idea when traveling with baggage and a six year old plus having to change lines to get to the destination 1 hour later, with no Chinese.
Then we waited for a bus (A6) and left for the hotel which was 1 hour 15 minutes to arrive at its destination which is far too long.
We had to get the last bus which left at 21.00 thus did not have much time to rest or see any thing around which was the plan.
When we left the hotel to find some food as we missed the breakfast which was part of the booking we found that no one took an overseas credit card. Thus, we had to get local currency AND FOR THIS WE HAD TO GET A CHINESE NATIONAL!!
THIS TOOK ANOTHER HOUR OFF OUR REST AS WE HAD TO GO BACK TO THE HOTEL TO ASK FOR ASSISTANCE which was provided.
Overall a negative experience not to be repeated again.
If you really have to / want to go take enough local cash and pick a hotel much closer to the airport.
