Friendly staff, they do everything to make you have a comfortable stay at the hotel. They tell you where the nearby restaurants are, there was always English-speaking staff. Furthermore, they provide you with breakfast to take with you when you have to get to the airport early in the morning and gave me a gift (a notebook from the hotel) when I left.

The environment of the resort is beautiful. The onsite restaurants are excellent and great value for money. Lots of great facilities, swimming pool, gym, kids play area etc. breakfast is phenomenal with Japanese, Western and Chinese options. The staff were kind and welcoming.
