We liked everything about this hotel, especially the staff. The managers take an individual approach to each guest and do their best to guide and make your Chongqing trip much easier. I'm sure that my opinion is objective and independent because I've been to various countries that are famous for their customer service, but Wuyu Hotel in Chongqing would definitely be my number one. Both the hotel and the staff very simply amazing. Very helpful, accommodating and hospitable. The hotel had great facilities and delicious breakfast. The staff was always quick to help and accommodate our needs. Ms Rachel, the Hotel Manager, was wonderful - always helpful and gave us a lot of valuable information about what to see in Chongqing. The view from the room was simply great. We will be definitely coming back to HYGGE Hotel.

I like the spacious of the apartment. It was a 2 bedded and there is dining area too. There was a shopping mall which is about 400mm away. I could get food easily and also a supermarket too. The staff were friendly in assisting your questions. There was a cafe that serves good coffee at level 1. This area is not a tourist place so it's not congested and filled with tourists. I like the peaceful environment. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom even has a bath tub. There was housekeeping team who cleans the place daily.

The services were perfect with friendly staffs (not just one, but everyone from the hotel was super friendly). The staffs were super helpful for finding us the eyeglasses store to fix my friend's eyeglasses and booking the hotpot place (Pipa Yuan Shiweixian) for our dinner. The candy provided at the front desk was really a bonus point for eating oily foods. The room was very clean and spacious with really good amenities needed for the stay. We went to Chengdu for a day trip early to catch the train and staff also packed breakfast for us (that's so lovely of them to do that and we really appreciated their attention to such small details).

Everything was amazing. Location is in a quieter area of Chongqing, which was by choice as we wanted to be a little away from the hustle and bustle while still being conveniently located (super accessible via Didi, metro etc). Room was clean and comfortable, overall aesthetics were Muji-minimalist style. Enjoyed the breakfast selection too - you can have local noodles or dumplings cooked on the spot for you. Best of all, service was impeccable! The lovely staff made our stay memorable, I kind of miss them already :') They were always ready to help, always genuinely asking about our plans and our day, and enthusiastically providing local recommendations and tips. We felt very safe and well taken care of during our stay. Thank you! Highly recommend, I'd come back too!

Very clean and new. Nice decent breakfast. Short stroll along river to ancient town, away from the crowded areas in the city. Free drinks in Mini bar. Near metro station but never tried taking the train.
