We had a great stay at Ascott Raffles City Hotel. The location is excellent, and the modern, very spacious rooms are perfect for a family of four. Everything was spotless, and also the pool was great. It’s also very convenient to have vending machines available in the lobby. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to arrange an early check-in for us, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good, though it could be improved with fresh juices, a wider selection of cereals, and more fruit. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

We were very impressed with our stay at the Intercontinental Chongqing. The hotel is just like in the pictures – beautiful interior, impressive lobby, excellent restaurants, spa, and a pool with stunning city views. You don’t even need to visit an observatory deck, the hotel has it all! Everything was spotless, the food was great, and the location is perfect with direct access to the mall and metro. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, making us feel welcome at every moment. A special thanks goes to the manager, Mr. MIKE, who was exceptionally kind and professional. His outstanding service truly elevates the hotel to an even higher level. We will definitely return – highly recommended!

The hotel location is very close to metro station and right next door to a big shopping mall with many restaurants. The room is very clean and everything is provided including laundry service and free snacks and drinks. There is a variety of items included in breakfast and the food is delicious. The staff is helpful and kind.
