Self Catering Accommodation in Gablitz

Location was great, 25-30 mins to Vienna by driving. Madlene area is really beautiful, calm and safe. No problem with parking, there are many places to park. It was really good value for money.

We stayed at Ingrid Haus as a mid-journey break while driving across Europe with a child and two dogs. The house exceeded our expectations, especially because of how clean it was and the fact that it was still pleasant to stay in despite a massive heatwave. The host was very friendly, and the location is in a really quiet and relaxed neighbourhood. We agreed from the get-go that the pictures don’t do justice to how clean and lovely the house is.

The accommodation was excellent and very close to the forest. We really enjoyed our stay, and the apartment had everything we needed. It is a wonderful place for a family vacation.

It's unrealistically beautiful, quiet, and cozy. The hosts are very nice. Nina makes delicious fruit chips herself.

I am going to repeat the other reviews: this is an awesome place to stay! Wonderful hosts, wonderful place (think: a spacious balcony, adjacent to a spacious living room, next to a spacious bedroom, I'll let you guess about the bathroom), very large and beautiful garden. Not in Vienna city center, but a 10 minute bike-ride along the Wienfluss (Vienna brook) to the Schonbrunn palace and city centre. Or a 2 minute walk to the city train station, taking into where-ever you wanna be. The hosts deserve special mention: they make you feel very welcome and strike a perfect balance between being there for you and letting you be on your own. Thank you Paul and Klaus!!
