Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I had the pleasure of staying at the Prom Coast Holiday Lodge in Waratah Bay for one night from June 17th to June 18th, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Arrival and Check-in Despite arriving quite late at around 9 PM, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff had left clear instructions for late arrivals, which was very thoughtful and made me feel welcomed right away. Accommodation The lodge itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail in the decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room was spacious, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of travel. Facilities The lodge boasts excellent facilities. The fully equipped kitchen allowed for easy meal preparation, and the living area was perfect for relaxing. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was reliable and fast, making it easy to stay connected. Surroundings The location is stunning, nestled in the serene environment of Waratah Bay. Waking up to the tranquil surroundings and the sound of nature was truly refreshing. Although I only stayed for one night, I could see how this place would be perfect for longer stays, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Overall Experience Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the Prom Coast Holiday Lodge. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and beautiful surroundings made for an unforgettable experience. Most amazing views overlooking Gippland, the sea and Wilsons Prom. Simply stunning. Great kitchen and cooking facilities. Peace, serenity and comfort. Highly recommended.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Heating was good considering we were there on a particularly wet and windy time. Well equipped to enable self catering. Quiet location and only a short drive to Wilsons Promontory National Park.

We loved our stay! THE VIEW!!! A perfect spot for a nice little getaway for the night. the room was cosy, clean and had all the basic amenities and more - even a light breaky for the morning. The fire pit was easy to get going, and had everything we needed. We took a short drive to Meeniyan and had some dinner, then went to the IGA next door and got some snacks for the evening. We didn't expect the house to be so close to the owner's home, but we didn't even notice they were around once we got settled! It was peaceful and serene otherwise :)

Beautiful space and proximity to the beach is incredible!

What a beautiful place to stay! My partner and I had such a wonderful time here. The beach is vast and basically empty of crowds. There are beautiful paths nearby for short bush walks. We also drove to Wilson's Prom and Phillip Island from the house, so there's lots to do beyond hanging out at the beach! I also love that this house is clearly also used by the owner because it is well-stocked and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I hate staying at Airbnbs or houses that are clearly just for rentals because they tend to be less thoughtfully equipped and it's obvious that the owners don't know what it's like to live there. This home really has everything you need. Well-equipped kitchen, bathroom essentials, etc. The only thing to note (for fellow coffee addicts like me) is that the owner is clearly a TEA drinker haha. So bring your own french press and beans to make coffee!

Our hosts went above and beyond for us. The location was great, tucked away with beautiful views but only a few minutes walk to the shops and beach. It was a great open space for a family of 5 adults.
