The views, the facilities, the comfort that made you feel instantly at home. the kitchen was well set up and stocked with what you need in abundance and a treat was the Chromecast so the partner didn't have to worry about missing the footy. The area is fully fenced in which was a luxury since we were travelling with our dog. Ample fire wood for the fire place. John is an exceptionally friendly host that made a point to stop in on our second day and check that out stay was everything we hoped it was. And it absolutely was! One Tree Hill has curated an amazing gateway that I instantly want to return to. I was well aware that they don't supply bedding before they ask for payment and that all waste should be taken with you down to the road since the council doesn't service the farm. None of this bothered me since you don't really accumulate much trash in a weekend, and as for the bedding, for a small nominal fee of $20 they can supply bedding that is ready to go when you arrive. There are 3 separate units that make up One Tree Hill with fencing around each to ensure privacy. We quickly forgot there was anyone else around except the cows. They wandered around and added to the views.

The views from accommodation is spectacular and picturesque ! We enjoyed our stay in a rustic unique design that is 2 bedroom caravan. The owner had texted me that bed sheets and bath towels are cost $20 so that we brought ours.

Mitch and Bull are very kind owners and make your stay very comfortable. It is convenient for visiting Wilsons promontary. Beautiful birds and gardens completes the place.
