Exceptional location, beautiful facilities, perfect hideaways

I spent six nights here and had a wonderful experience. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the start. The hostess was particularly helpful, giving me some excellent advice on the best places to visit in Diest and the surrounding area, which really helped me make the most of my trip. My room was great, very modern interior and an exceptionally comfortable bed. I really appreciated the huge variety of tea and coffee provided in the room, and getting to try the local beer from Diest was a lovely touch! One highlight has to be the breakfast; it was phenomenal. Each morning brought a different surprise, with everything from pancakes and bacon to a great selection of cheeses. Also, meeting their three dogs and two cats was wonderful. They were so friendly and incredibly quiet. It was the perfect, relaxing base for my week.

Good location for what me and my son needed and a bonus with the fishing

Absolutely amazing place! I can't remember last time I relaxed so much. It was our honeymoon trip with my husband and we enjoyed it very much. Despite being in the middle of other small houses, we had full privacy thanks to walls and screens. Using sauna and jacuzzi was very comfortable, everything was clean, chlorinated and ready for us when we came. House itself is not the newest or sturdiest, but you have to expect it when coming to "chalet". It's clean and well kept tho, mattres is comfortable and AC is working great. Kitchen well equipped and clean. Overall, we think it's worth it's price (and some) and highly recommend the place. As a side note: we left something behind and owner was very honest, informed us about it (cause we didn't noticed) and send it back right away. Also very receptive when messaged and responded really quickly. That's a big plus! Thanks Martijn!

Very clean and had every need for your stay

It had everything we needed to have a restful stay, but there were lovely sights to keep us interested in our walks with the dog. Timely responses to our questions were excellent as well.
