Self Catering Accommodation in Spa

It is in a great location, a quiet street, a short walk to bars, shops and restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is up narrow steep stairs, not a problem for us but just be aware, it would be difficult if you had mobility problems. The owners were amazingly kind and we were especially grateful for Emilio’s help.

Fast and clear communication, very nice hosts, it was silent and cozy, very well located, the price was good for two nights. Big bedrooms and with enough natural light entering from the outside, matching what we saw in the pictures. We recommend it for your stay in Spa.

The apartment was charming, furnished with all necessities including a fully functional kitchen. The furniture (bed, couch) was really comfortable. View to beautiful buildings around, really central location just a couple of minutes walk from the town center, with a great bakery across the road for fresh breakfast. It is accessible via a lift so even suitable for people who cannot use stairs. We really appreciated that our dog was welcome too. There was free street parking just a couple of minutes walk to the apartment.

The property was amazing and very clean with everything that you would need, the only problem we had is that we could not connect to the wife and had no clear instructions on how to connect being wifi name and password, except that everything was outstandingly amazing

Property is very clean, tidy and a fantastic location to get to the circuit to see F1. 17 minutes drive with good traffic. The morning breakfast was lovely and Nadine was very accommodating, the perfect host.

The apartment was very spacious, fully equipped, cozy and comfy. Good heating, right in the center of spa, pet friendly and all in all we were very happy with it.

Perfect accommodation, clean, well equipped and great location. The interior is exceptionally well finished, Benjamin has clearly poured his heart into the design and carpentry.

Perfect location to the wonderful town of Spa. Clean, everything catered for. Great showering facilities, unsuited. Cosy dressing gowns. Jacuzzi added facility which was perfect to relax in at the end of the day. We went to the race circuit on the Sunday, direct and only 7 miles (12 minutes) away.

A well equipped house in a very good location to explore Spa and surrounding areas. The hosts were very helpful with suggestions for dog friendly swimming in the area.

A wonderful old house in the middle of the town, with lots of charme, surprisingly quiet, and a great, very friendly host.

It was cool and interesting to be above a garage where they fixed broken cars. The noise did not bother us. You cant hear it. It was clean and had coffee and creamer

We confirm all positive comments from previous reviews. To add: the house is very warm in the winter months. We stayed 4 nights in mid December. We found the kitchen and the other facilities very high quality and in good shape. On all days, there was a parking place in front of the house or max 10 meters away. We, therefore, did not have to use the garage (which was available to use if we wanted). The bedrooms were extremely quiet. No noise from outside or from neighbouring houses.

We had a truly relaxing family stay in the wellness spa private house, which offered a wonderful combination of comfort, privacy, and nature. The separate wellness space was a real highlight — beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and perfect for unwinding together as a family of four.

Everything about this property was spot on. It was so clean it looked like it had never been rented before. It is decorated with extremely good taste. The host was very nice and helpful. I only wish we could have stayed longer

The location and the view are amazing, very spacious, back in time, romantic. The bbq was a great success.

Alise is a very friendly person. We had a few uncertainties at the beginning, but they were quickly put to rest during our stay. She's a lovely woman who always greets you warmly when you arrive. The house itself was wonderful, clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. And the garden! It was an absolute delight and truly a feast for the eyes. We didn’t use the jacuzzi as the weather was quite hot, but the house stayed cool and was incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect retreat on those warm days.

Location was ideal. Property was perfect for us travelling through to Germany, and I'd very much like to go back to the property at some point and experience Spa for a few days.

This is a very well equipped appartment in the Center of Spa. Everything one could imagine for a pleasant stay is there. Shops and Restaurants are within short walking distance. For the summer there is a nice terrace with a grill. Justine was very cooperative and quick for a little changement we asked for. Parking is included, only about 50 meters away. We absolutely recommend it! During the daytime, there is some traffic in the street, but only bath- an bedroom are on the street side. And the windows are new and well insulated. At night it was absolutely quiet.

We liked very much the location of the appartment and the amenities it offered were very good. The bathroom was very well equipped.

Lovely two bedroom apartment in the city center, in a quiet corner. Modern, well-decorated and cozy. Two cute terraces in it. You can not ask for more!

The kitchen was well equipped, the bed comfortable, the whole flat very spacious. Excellent place. Although it’s on the main road it was remarkably quiet. We arrived earlier than expected - but our host was still most welcoming.

It was very clean and close to the centre, fresh and new. The hosts were amazing, greeted and welcomed us on arrival.
