Self Catering Accommodation in Devin

Everything was amazing. The apartment is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. It was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave at the end of our stay! 😊

Lovely place and location. Very beautiful house with a nice view over the city. I just rented a room with two beds and a bathroom, but that was all I needed. I very much enjoyed my stay. And the hostess was very kind and helpfull. The price was good. I would stay there again.

Beautiful view. Nice rooms. Probably for elder people (75-80+) will be not so suitable, because if you don't use car to go to Devin center (it is on 10 minutes walk), there are steep stairs, when you go back to house.

One of the best equipped apartments we've stayed at during all our travels. From dishwasher to laundry machine: it has everything, all quality materials. Great for a short or a longer stay. The host Boris is super helpful. Bonus points for the espresso maker. Devin and the Rodopi mountains are wonderful.

A modern location! Very comfortable!

Wonderful view, clean flat is well-equipped with everything you need, free parking spot, washing maschine, close to main promenade.

Amazing house with a fireplace and barbecue. We loved our stay and highly recommend!

Very good location. The view was amazing. Highly recommended.

Lovely new property built into side of the mountain. Its high up so the view is superb

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vila PERIKA near Borino, Bulgaria, and it was an absolutely excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and at ease. It is important to emphasize that the villa is located in the woods, about a 10-minute drive from Borino. The road can be muddy with bumps if it rains, so it's something to be mindful of. The accommodation itself was amazing. It is a two-story old villa with two dining/staying areas outside. The kitchen is highly equipped, and there are two BBQ areas outside near a large lawn and a small flowing river stream next to the house. Every detail seemed thoughtfully curated to ensure guests had a pleasant stay. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, each with three single beds. The stairs to the upper floor are spiral so careful. There is one toilet and one shower with hot water always available. Additionally, there is WiFi in the villa. The beds were okay, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Bilgin, the host, met us in front of the villa and can meet you in Borino if needed. We communicated via WhatsApp, and he left us with the keys after a short tour. Overall, our two-night stay at this villa was fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique stay in the woods with a highly equipped villa and a great garden and lawn for your family to enjoy.
