It was a perfect New Year’s getaway from Berlin. We were looking for calmness and nature, as well as a lovely stay with our adorable Scottish Fold. And we found all of that. The apartment provides everything you might need. I loved the layout, and our cat instantly fell in love with the sofa - he literally spent 90% of the time lying on its edge. The size of the apartment is also impressive, which is especially valuable when you bring a lot of things with you. To sum up, it’s definitely worth staying at least one night, and the city itself is truly charming and wonderfully quiet.

Set within 32 km of Landestheater Mecklenburg and 27 km of Schloss Tornow in Stechlin, Haus Brandenburg provides accommodation with seating area.

The house was lovely, extremely cosy with lots of great facilities. The beds were super comfortable and we loved using the fireplace. It was the perfect getaway location! There are some cute cafes and a convenience store 25 mins walk away (beautiful forest+lake walk). The hosts are very nice, lots of info ahead of arrival, and they were even kind enough to let us check out later so we wouldn't have to wait for our bus in the cold. Definitely recommend!
