Beautiful hotel, superbly maintained throughout, with amazing spa and pool. Received a very warm welcome from all of the employees, especially Thorstein on the front desk who is worth his weight in gold. Lovely leafy and quiet location. Easy to get to the city by bike or train, and easy access to Greunwald forest too.

Staff friendly and let me check in 10 mins early, breakfast was amazing and hotel room was comfy.

Hotel is in perfect location if you are attending concert in Zitadele, just 10 minutes walk. Breakfast was really tasty. Room was clean.

The hotel is extremely clean and modern compared to what the pictures show. The room was spacious and very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned every two days. I stayed in room 47 which faces the rear courtyard of the building so it was extremely quiet apart from the occasional hum from when the underground trains pass by but that is really minimal. Would definitely come again it was really good value for money.

The staff was super amazing, the location is very good for public transportation and its near the train station. The room was clean and neat.
