The apartament was HUGE, tidy, clean; beds were comfortable, the kitchenette fully equipped, on TV you can watch e.g. Disney Channel. The process of check-in and check-out was very smooth (self check-in due to weekend), and the personnel was very helpful through Booking website.

Nice lighting within the bedroom and nice pillows. The top of the cherry was the access to the spa after a day of non stop walking while visiting the city was something I looked forward to everyday.

The proximity with the event and the fact that the location is very accessible with subways and bus. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. The breakfast offered every morning is great.

Hotel is in perfect location if you are attending concert in Zitadele, just 10 minutes walk. Breakfast was really tasty. Room was clean.

I like it so much. It’s long from the central station but it is located very closed to Flix bus station, and there is many markets and shops near. To the hotel. I like the service and the hotel is very clean. It is near to collect transport

The location was perfect. The room and the team were amazing.

Breakfast was on point. The smoked salmon and freshly baked bread every morning definitely made a difference. Staff was also attentious and helpful with everything necessary. Great transport options right outside the door, too.

Perfect location, parking possibility in the close shopping mall.. got everything I needed for a overnight stay after visiting concert in Citadel. Nice breakfast included :)
