Self Catering Accommodation in Effeld

The host of the accommodation is very helpful. The room, the parking, the breakfast...everything about the experience was great. I will definitely come again if I have the chance, highly recommended.

Great service, delicious breakfast, nice room, beautiful location. Great place for bicycling around the area, close to the woods, city and the German border.

Very special place, next to a church, rebuilt and very charming especially the kitchen but also bathroom comfortable. We slept with the whole fmaily (3 daughters) on the top floor and that was cosy.

Lovely apartment, very clean with all facilities needed. In a great location to visitor friends in the surrounding area.

We had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The owner was an incredibly kind and helpful person. I would especially like to thank him for all the help he gave me and for allowing my sister to check in late in the evening. His kindness and understanding meant a lot to us. Thank you very much for everything. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The property was spotlessly clean, the most comfortable beds of our trip through the Netherlands. The hosts were very friendly, off road parking and some lovely forests and countryside to explore on foot.

The owner is an amazing person. Easily approachable, understanding, and ready to support you with anything. The property is very clean, modern, and close to many shops, cafeterias and restaurants. Parking is easily approachable with a 2 minutes walk.

Wasn't clean , the bed was full with Dog hairs and humans as well . Pillow was yellow from inside full dirty and the support company (Holidu GmbH) said it was clean and we can not see any dirty or haor on the pictures. I will post the photos and y'all can judge.

We had a wonderful 16-night stay and really didn't want to leave. Perfect location: the house is sited in a very quiet and friendly cul-de-sac and at the same time in a walking distance from downtown and local restaurants. There is plenty of parking at the property. A dream rental house, well maintained and spotless. The lighting and small details made each room feel like it was designed for comfort. The double bed was remarkably comfortable. The outdoor window blinds allowed us to sleep in undisturbed. The bathrooms were extremely clean and had a good selection of toiletries. Fully equipped kitchen will empress you. All kitchen amenities will make your meal preparation absolutely uncomplicated. There is a very private back yard with a little pond. We truly enjoyed having breakfasts and dinners on the terrace. A little cute robot cutting the grass will make you smile while sipping your coffee. From the moment we arrived every part of the house made us feel welcome and cared for. We really liked how cozy the rooms felt. Also free Wi-Fi will definitely make your day. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The owner was very helpful and gave us full attention for anything we needed. This place is worth every penny we paid for it. Without any doubts we would recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

I really appreciated the flexibility of the staff, and the location of the houses right next to the lake, which created an amazing feeling while staying at the accommodation.

The flat was lovely and clean, lady who met us to let us in took the time to show us the apartment and was very accommodating and friendly. The eggs from the happy chicken were delicious. Would highly recommend, we will definitely be visiting again 😃

Very quiet and cozy place, with a wonderful forest just around the corner. If smb isn’t sure about additional sleeping place - Sofa in the living room is huge! I think it’s comfortable for 2 adults. There is a smart lock on the door so you can check-in by passcode. And the place is pets friendly, our dog was super happy with a private garden))

It was really cozy we love it! 🫶 Staff were really nice and friendly as well
