Fantastic choice! I was looking for a place to surprise my girlfriend and this hit the mark! It is not often that a hotel you see online meets or exceeds your expectations. This one exceeded all expectations. The photos were very true to form. The hotel still has the charm of an old Germany building but the interior is newly renovated and very well done. Everything was perfect! I splurged for the sauna and it was great. We used it everyday! A hotel with a sauna is great....having one in your room is even better! Customer service was exceptional! Breakfast was also perfect! Conveniently located in a charming village next to the Königstein Fortress and Lilienstein, both nice hikes from the hotel. Additionally there are many places to hike in the vicinity. Very important...they are pet friendly. Great choice, you will not be disappointed!

The location of this apartment is truly a standout feature. It's conveniently close to both the castle and the riverside, making it an excellent choice for those looking to explore these attractions. However, it's worth noting that to reach the castle, you'll need to descend a hill, and subsequently, climb back up when returning. The key collection process was quite easy. Additionally, the apartment offers access to Netflix and other streaming services on a large TV, providing entertainment options for downtime. The inclusion of a variety of board games is a nice touch. The kitchen facilities are generally well-equipped, with one minor drawback - the absence of a microwave, which would have been a convenient addition. On the bright side, they did provide a baby bed as requested, and it was in good condition. The nearby amenities are a definite plus. There's a supermarket and a delightful bakery in the vicinity. Lastly, having a parking spot available is an advantage.

A very spacious and comfortable place, nestled in nature; you can pick tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden, and the evening lighting creates a lovely atmosphere. It is close to everything—Lidl is right next door, and the train station is within walking distance. The landlady is very warm and friendly.

We were a group of two people, and for us it was a very large apartment with plenty of room, almost too big. Great view out the window towards Festung Königsberg, river, and the railway. On top of that, extremely convenient location right next to the train station, bus station to Festung Königsberg, harbor across the river and train station. All the objects were very thoughtfully prepared, we were constantly surprised by how well kitted the kitchen and overall apartment was. Beds were also wide and comfortable. It was unfortunate we didn't get to spend more time in the cozy apartment due to our tight schedule.
