Big apartment with great balcony

Staff was exceptional from check in to check out. The view was phenomenal, and the facility was very well maintained. I want to highlight Grace in the mini kids club, she was so awesome with the kids. She was very attentive, and so welcoming that my kids didn’t want to leave. The location was perfect and in walking distance to some major attractions.

The heated pool and pool bar are extremely good and the bar staff very nice. Restaurant attached is also very good and they have mobility scooters for rent which you can park and charge overnight in their car park

There was a great vibe, very relaxing, the facilities were brilliant and we appreciated the fantastic comfortable and spacious rooms with private amenities. Really unique place. Lovely breakfasts and friendly staff everywhere.

The standards were excellent, but what truly impressed us was the humanity and kindness of the staff. We would especially like to express our heartfelt thanks to Aiman, the barman, who kindly drove our daughter to the hospital when she became ill and stayed with us until the hospital staff had properly accommodated her. His care and compassion meant more to us than words can say. We are also deeply grateful to the manager and the animator for their thoughtful attention in helping us celebrate my wife’s birthday. Their effort made the day truly special and unforgettable. Thank you for your understanding and outstanding care — in today’s commercial world, such genuine kindness is the greatest value of all. Location is very central. Room was clean and spacious. We arrived late and they left a dinner for us inside de fridge. It was very kind of the property. The food was very good. There were bath amenities and some kitchen items. The pool was very good!

Honestly, couldn’t have asked for anything better than this! I really enjoyed my stay, everything was top notch, super clean and comfortable apartment, comfortable bed, very nice balcony overseeing the ocean! I was traveling alone, and the reception staff made my stay feel like home, they were very friendly and helpful! Thank you, truly, for making my stay feel very special, I had a great time!

Well equipped apartment in Costa Adeje, close to AquaPark and Siam Park. Beds were really good, we loved. Panoramic view was amazing, pool was warm. The stuff was kind and helpful.

The property was modern with everything you needed on hand for a relaxing holiday with amazing views.

Loved this hotel suite! The staff were amazing, welcoming, and extremely helpful with anything we asked about! In advance, we were given the city bus number and price to ride from the north airport down to South Tenerife! Saved hundreds of euros! The location was perfect in that across the street and down the steps was the beach, and restaurants and shops were an easy walk. Sunshine Cafe, located right beside Flamingo Suites, was great with wonderful staff and delicious coffee and food! The temperature of the pool was just right for our daily relaxation before our tapas and wine on our large deck overlooking the pool. Nightlife was rocking all around us, but our suite was silent.

Really cozy and comfortable place to stay in Tenerife. The apartment had everything I needed and felt very relaxing throughout my stay. The terrace view was absolutely stunning — one of the highlights of the place. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the island.
