This was a property like no other. A beautiful farmhouse from the 12th century. Equipped with plenty of rooms for a large family. Safe and enclosed for children of all ages. Well maintained grounds and swimming pool. Beautiful set on the edge of a Forrest full of walking tracks and an old castle.

We get in love of the architecture and decoration but at the same time comfortable to be in, you have all you need and more. Owner is always available for any question, suggestion and necessity in a discreet and kind way. For us the best are the owner! House is close to all: medieval village, best beaches and Gerona. Village is amazing full of life and you have all you need: shop with everything, chemistry, bank, bar, restaurant, petrol … all! All people were soo kind specially the owners. For us keep in a eco and maintenance the tradition in the architecture, in a modern and comfort way is not that easy and they did it! The welcome with some vegetables and wine was just unique!! A place to recommend with family, with friends, couples. And it is the first time that I don’t have to clean when I arrived, it was so clean, towers and bed clothes with night quality cotton. Truly highly recommended. It is not true that owners are looking across windows because it is from other house (so it is a guest lie).

The property is exactly as pictured. It was perfect for our group of 10 adults. We had an amazing stay, the facilities were terrific, the rooms comfortable, the pool area was fantastic. Three bathrooms, laundry facilities, two full size fridges, air conditioning in living areas, great indoor and outdoor tables that accommodated everyone. Access to supermarkets was via the surrounding towns. The ladies in the little supermarket in Sant Jordi Desvalls were so accomodating and we enjoyed going there. A car is a must to be able to access the Villa and explore surrounding areas.
