L'apartament, que es podria dir casa, amb entrada independent, esta totalment nou i molt net. Té un petit jardí a la part del darrere. Aparcament al carrer, però hem pogut aparcar just davant la porta ja que n'hi ha molt. Situat porta amb porta d'una cafeteria, super a dues portes i bars restaurants a 1m caminant. El propietari molt amable i atent. No dubteu, val la pena.
