Self-Catering Accommodations in Nice

Location is perfect. Staff are very helpful. I stayed there for 6 nights. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Nice in the future.

Location was exceptional Nothing at this time

The location couldn't be better for a tourist in Nice. Everything was walkable, but if you didn't feel like walking, the buses and trams ran almost outside the door. Because of the location, we were able walk to interesting restaurants each night and to see Monaco, Eze, and Grass by public transport without much effort. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and well-kept. Large enough to spread out. We loved looking out onto the pedestrian area from the balcony. There is a beautiful park across the street filled with kids, dogs, and couples walking—a great place for a little picnic. The kitchen is large and well-stocked with cooking gear. It was nice to have a bedroom with a very comfortable mattress and closet. It was a fantastic stay, and I look forward to staying again.

The property is nice, cosy, well equipped. The location is the best. The host answered all our questions promptly.

The location is a 10 to 15-minute walk from Nice Saint-Augustin station, and approximately also a 10 to 15-minute tram ride from the Nice airport. The building is modern on the outside, and the facilities are clean. We are genuinely surprised when we see a full kitchen in our room with clean cooking utensils provided. The bed is comfy, the room and bathroom are spacious, and the TV has some great channels with movies to spend the night. Considering such a low price, this is a bargain.

Exceptional. Perfect loaction with few steps to bus and train stations, secure underground garage, several elevators, secure entrance to facility, spacious apartments, well equiped, separated AC in all rooms, very well aound proofed, electric sunshades. Everything just pure perfection, definitely will visit again

This is a great property. The apartment where we spent five nights was spacious with plenty of storage space. It is convenient to tram to go into center of Nice and tram from/to airport saves taxi fare. The train station is a few blocks north and easily walked by us 80+ year old couple when taking day trips to Monaco and other close-by towns. We had a pleasant and helpful staff. The building is attractive with two big elevators. I have already recommended these apartments to our fellow traveling friends. Nice is great. We will be back.

Excellent location close to Univ. Cote d"azur, campus St Jean d'Angely while at walking distance from Nice old town and well deserved by public transport. Room is small but has all facilities. Staff are friendly. Nearby some good restaurants are accessible at walking distance too, as well a supermarket.

Location is perfect. The staff is amazing! Has partnership with a great beach club nearby.

Had a balcony which was lovely

Very comfortable, clean, and spacious apartment with large balcony. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the Promenade, with many options for strolling around. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and considering the price, it's a great value!

Great view and big room. Good conditions in shower which is very rare in France

Location and proximity to public transport.

Practical, very good location and personal really kind

We had everything we needed during our stay. We especially appreciated the balcony and the lovely view from it. The air conditioning and the lift were a huge plus, especially since we were traveling as a family with a baby stroller and the weather was very hot- the AC really saved us! The location was also perfect: everything was within walking distance, including a Carrefour supermarket and tram line 1 that takes you straight to the beach.

Very central location with a short walk to the beach and train station to go to nearby cities including Monaco. Rooms include a refrigerator and iron. Laundry on-site is reasonably priced. There are a few nice cafes nearby, including the one just next door for easy breakfast/lunch. Staff was very accommodating of our additional requests and let us store luggage on check out - Maria is amazing!

Everytging, cery clean, very organized, very clear rules, very nice staff, I forgot the name of the receptionist but he was 10/10. Close to many bis stations, and occipied with all the necessary equipments.

Property seemed brand new and apartment was very clean. It was equipped with an AC, which was a huge advantage for us during July as Nice was super hot. It’s very close to the train station which made day trips to other Riveira towns super easy. Beds were very comfortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay there.

Room is clean and the beds are mega comfy.
