Self Catering Accommodation in Cottenham

The staff was very kind. We travel from Europe, and i forgot to bring the socket converter, and we got one from the staff. The pub’s kitchen is very good, and the local beers also. We will come back when we visiting UK next time.

Everything , great location good facilities

I have visited this place many times in the past and it has been always consistent with its quality.

Everything about this place was so nice. The staff were really helpful and caring, and the room was so spacious. I appreciated the fact that it had a small kitchen. It made my stay a lot easier. I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Cambridge.

Excellent place to stay. Very comfy and clean room.

We loved the lodge. The property is in an excellent location, private and very quiet, yet at a very short taxi ride from Cambridge. It is spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable..The hot tub is beautiful and quite large. The instructions to check in were very straightforward. It was very thoughtful of the hosts to provide some milk, break, biscuits, orange juice as well as butter, coffee and tea. Another plus was the games room with a pool table, snooker table and tennis table.

Perfect location for working in the city centre. Place was immaculate, easy to access and more than helpful hosts. Would definitely stay again.

The room was really beautiful and very bright. I really enjoyed my time there

Lovely quiet area but right on the bus line so easy to get around

An outbuilding of a thatched cottage, set in a beautiful garden, tendered to perfection by the friendly owner. Peace and quiet guaranteed, yet well connected to the hustle and bustle of Cambridge.

Nice flat overall nice location

This was the perfect location and lodging for us as we visited friends in Cottenham. There is a generous amount of space with a living room, kitchen facilities, good shower pressure and a comfortable bed. There is parking space for anyone with a car. The hosts were very amiable and helpful with communication and in person. I will note for anyone older that the bed is upstairs and the bathroom down. The village itself is charming and we hope to return to it and to the Two Storey Annex is the future.

EVERYTHING! Great location, quiet as it is set back from the road, secure parking, tidy & clean, all the trappings you could possibly need, even an iron. I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a longtime whilst I was there.

How private it was. Every detail is thought about and Joanne was extremely helpful and accommodating ☺️

Everything. Hosts were excellent. They were away but we stayed in contact easily and they posted my wife's boots which we left behind. Accommodation was clean, warm and inviting, and well appointed.

Though the cottage was old it had character and was spacious, comfortable and very cosy. We enjoyed a beautiful log burner (logs not included) but it was no problem purchasing some from the local co-op. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was spacious, a beautiful dining room table area and a comfortable lounge. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage.

Heaven on earth! The house is very beautiful. Julie has been amazing. She drove us to the market, she talked to us about places to visit... Her daughter, Lauren is a very polite young lady. I have nothing to complain. I hope I will come back. The landscape is wonderful. Blackberries, squirrels, foxes and lots of hares. A very beautiful village with beautiful people. Everybody greets, everybody helpful.

Clean, warm, spacious with well stocked snacks/breakfast left for us. Quiet location.

Clean, easy to use, quite and good location, plenty towels, nice lining and very comfy bed
